    Drive thru attendant let a car cut in front of a long line if cars coming from a lane that was blocked they need to pay attention then had the nerve to hand the tablet to me with the tip screen up.

    The ordering system is beyond inefficient. It’s over 100 degrees outside and the line is 15 cars deep, we haven’t moved in 10 minutes and I should just be able to order at a speaker like everywhere else. I get that it’s hot and I don’t want someone standing here taking orders but like come on???? This is why I don’t come to Dutch bros often. Please get it together. I’ve been in line currently for 20 minutes and still haven’t even placed my order. INSANNNNNEEEEEE.

    Im leaving this review so your aware on your next purchase. I stopped by today for my usual drink, service was great with friendly staff. However I was never asked if I wanted to leave a tip after placing my order. I found out quickly after I left that the barista that took my order (Stephanie) took it upon herself to add a tip. No matter the amount, that's considered stealing from the customer! Im highly disappointed because now I feel like they aren't trustworthy. Ask for a receipt, only that way you'll know if they are adding a tip with out your acknowledgement!!

    Got completely discriminated by one of their staff. English is my second language and I ordered through the drive thru on July 30, 2026. They pretty much ignored what I ordered and even when I showed them a picture/Text of what I wanted, they ignored me. I ordered an iced golden eagle chai with soft top. They only gave me an iced chai. Completely way off from what I ordered. Giving them the order in three different methods (talking, picture and text) didnt suffice. Extremely disappointed and sad since this is the closest coffee shop from where I live. They just lost a regular client for their incompetence and discriminatory behavior.

    There are better locations. The girl at the window didnt acknowledge me for almost 10 mins and then seemed annoyed I was even there to order. I don’t usually leave reviews but i had went back to my car bc its az and its hot and when I walked up to get my drink I said thank you and she just gave me a blank stare and handed me my drink no interaction at all. I didn’t catch her name but she has blonde hair.
