    Ordered a drink for pick up and went through the drive thru to pick it up the line was 30 minutes to the window. When I got to the window to get my drink it was watered down. I asked them to re make it and apparently it was a problem and was told I should’ve just got it from the pick up window. Don’t have the option for drive thru if you want people to obtain it from the pick up window within a specified time.

    Wait time is always super long and the girls at the drive thru window are rude. Tonight the girl at the window didn’t say a word to me, was on her phone the whole time and left my drinks on the counter for me to grab instead of handing it to me. Then made a rude comment as i drove away..

    I went into This location pacifically and I was having a day the Young lady who took my order at the drive-through noticed I had been in tears and was the sweetest to me and when I pulled up to the window the staff was so kind as well I’ve never seen such kindness from all the employees at one time so if ever you’re looking for a place to stop by and have a drink from I recommend this Dutch Bros specifically their staff is amazing

    to the girls who closed tonight thank you so so so much for letting me order last minute! the 2 triple p blended rebels made mine and my boyfriend night:) the girls who took out the trash were very very nice:)

    Kind of getting sick of businesses prioritizing the drive-thru over walking business..... There were three cars in the drive-thru and one person waiting for drinks in the stand in line.... I watched that seven or eight vehicles came through and got drinks before me. And also witnessed two walk-in people that came in and ordered drinks after me get drinks before me!
