I’ve been waiting in line for over 15 minutes right now, and it’s getting ridiculous. It seems very disorganized. There are a lot of young employees working here, and it often feels like they’re treating the job more like a game than focusing on customer service. Unfortunately, the customer experience suffers because of it. June 8, 2026, at 9:52 a.m. This is honestly the worst Dutch Bros location I’ve visited. I’ve been stuck in line for over 15 minutes just trying to get a drink. I’ve never waited this long in a drive-thru not even at a busy fast-food restaurant. The employees seem more focused on talking and socializing than keeping the line moving. The operation feels very disorganized and poorly managed. Customers shouldn’t have to wait this long for a simple drink order. This location really needs better organization and stronger management to improve the customer experience.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
