Wasn’t going to write a review but thought I would after reading others. Yes this location is fast and the drink and food phenomenal. Most mobsters are absolutely amazing. I come to this location since opening. The only thing off about it is Jayden. It’s the unprofessional behavior. The attitude. I agree with previous comment she need a customer service crash course. Or a different job.

First time coming here and the drinks were delicious and the food yummy!! Drive thru worker Kennedy (female) amazing! The reason why they didn’t get 5 stars is because Jayden (female) was rude. She took forever walking out so I drove up to the window and she looked at me so disgusted. Was rude and told me to drive reverse to her. Didn’t come up till she told the drive thru window lady what was going on which she was like that’s fine I can take her right here. Had I only had my experience with Jaden. I definitely would not go back. But because everybody else there seemed extremely nice and like I said, the drinks were good and the food was good. I definitely will go back. Someone needs to make sure Jayden takes some customer service classes or her attitude alone will have no body wanting to go there We did go a second time rn and Sunshine was absolutely amazing!! The kiddos and I absolutely enjoyed her!!

Adrianna and Jayden were sooo sweet and helpful. Adrianna helped us out in the drive thru and was very kind answering all our questions. Maybe 30s-1 min after we paid and pulled up to the car in front of us, Jayden come out with our drinks! We were like “how did y’all do that so fast!!” Def coming back <3

So excited for this new Dutch Bros location! The broistas were hard at work and served our drinks with genuine smiles. The lines were long, but they moved cars through quickly and professionally. I love the shade structures over the drive thru area - the perfect amenity for our hot Phoenix summers!
