  i’ve never had Duncan before, but decided to show up at the drive-through to try one of their drinks to see if they are better than Starbucks. The first time I came by I was not able to hear the person on the intercom. I sat there for a good five minutes and when I came to the drive-through window, I explained to him that I’m hard of hearing and I would like to order my food as I tried communicating through intercom. He was incredibly rude. He was not empathetic and seemed annoyed that he had to do his job and serve me. I finally took my drink, and the drink was great, but the serve was not. So I don’t know if he was just having a bad day, but I decided to not let him ruin the overall experience. So I tried to come again same issue I couldn’t hear anyone on the intercom. I tried to explain to the lady at the window that I was hard of hearing and that I could not hear anyone. She and then proceeded to tell me well anyone else who went to the intercom could hear perfectly fine and the way she said it she said it in a way where she snapped at me. I then matched her energy and I said well you know what that’s not the case for me. I’ve communicated to you guys that I’m part of hearing and I can’t hear so I would like to take my order proceeded to take my order. Didn’t even close the window all the way, and then started gossiping about it to the other coworkers and laughing about it. Just I won’t come to this location. The whole experience is ruined because there are people who are miserable and unhappy with themselves and then take their mean spirit to the job and take it out on the customers. I don’t have to be there and work y’all do and clearly whoever is your manager or whoever is supervising you guys is stressing y’all the heck out. Whoever is manager needs to empathize that they take PTO and take time off, kick their feet up and put on a face mask because the overall energy and the way they talk to customers is not OK. I was not even trying to be difficult, I wasn’t even rude. I simply communicated that I was hard of hearing and wanted to be accommodated. and seeing all the other reviews on here, this is not a good look for the business and I’m sure something will be mentioned to upper management at some point. There is no reason that your guys last positive review was a year ago and since then whoever got hired, y’all are getting one star two star reviews it makes sense so please be prepared to be replaced. Because you are messing up with peoples profit and money off of your own emotions and that never works well in the business economy.

  I refuse to patronize this location anymore. After spending money almost every day on donuts, coffee, and other expensive drinks I decided to finally take the survey on the receipt to get a free donut if I purchase a medium or large beverage so I tried and it said survey code not valid then I attempted with 4 different receipts from this location and it said the same thing every time so I started going to different locations and what do you know?! The survey went through every time! So now I know that this location has purposely disabled their survey codes from working so that they won’t have to give a free donut out to every customer that takes the survey. It is only $1.95 for a donut, come on Dunkin Donuts, stop being so stingy & so cheap! You lost a valuable customer due to being tightwads!!!

  My bf went to place a drive thru order for us yesterday morning and they did EVERYTHING wrong for our order and spent $25+. We asked and paid for cold foam for both coffees and they didn’t give us any. They even had the cold foam lids and left space but didn’t but any cold foam on them! Also asked for the bacon avocado toast and it HAD NO BACON. my bf asked for the sausage egg and cheese sandwich and gave him a BACON AND CHEESE CROISSANT… He didn’t confront them because he needed to get back quickly. I told him it was fine and I would call but they never even answered the phones even when I called a couple of times. So ridiculous. Even all the food was so cold.! The coffees we usually get are good but they were so disgusting this time as well.

  whoever works in the mornings needs talkin to because they are not professional and take forever making orders. Also, you would think they'd get your order right if they took so long, nope. Writing a review after my order being wrong 3 times now from this location.
