When it’s slow, the service is actually good, so this looks like a management and training issue, not the employees. If you can’t handle high volume, don’t take so many orders at once. Customers are paying for a service that isn’t being delivered properly. I believe training and training for high-pressure work is very important if you want to take Franchise as like Dunkin’ Donuts you wanna be sure that your employee is ready for a long line orders and A lot of customers in the same time maintaining the quality.
