- PMPreston MacintoshOct 3, 20261.0Answer the phone they hang up right away. They as usual forgot multiple parts of the order but they stuff one bag full of food so you can’t go into the bag and check everything you trust they did their job BUT of course not! Why give people what they paid for? Why answer the phone to help make it right? You have enough people going through that line and inside the store why take care of your customers and fulfill their orders correctly? That would mean you all cared and held each other accountable, but seeing a 3.7 review score with less than 700 reviews makes sense! I will never go back this is the third time in 3 months. Consistency is key and they’ve shown they have the consistency to mess your order up! Do better be better and care about the work you’re doing! It’s not a hard or impossible ask to make sure you’re getting the people the food they ordered and paid for. You’ll keep ignoring customers and messing orders up I’m sure of it! But in reality it’s very easy to care and slowdown to be efficient vs sloppy! Good luck. To the owners! Get your staff together and get them focused and not afraid to slow down it’s obvious your focused on time and food out vs quality!!!!!!!!

But when the ladies work it's a completely different story. No greeting, no friendliness, drink and food just set down and they walk away. Ill just start going across the street to Starbucks for my morning coffee.

They tasted only like lemonade, as if the lemonade itself was made with way too much lemon concentrate! This has happened at this location a couple of times, and I 100% think it’s the lemonade batches not being made correctly or just not being mixed throughly. I did end up going to another location to get the drinks remade. The service at this location is always good, but it’s a toss up if my drinks will always taste good.
