- TJTrash JJun 14, 20261.0Okay normally i wouldn't post a review unless its been consistent.This past year and a half it has been, and i know they just got new management and there seems to have been changes since then. The last employees were amazing and the old manager was so sweet and understanding about thing not "by the book", you know when people make there job a whole personality. Ive come in a my coffee has either been not enough flavor or to much milk in it, and so i switched to less amount of milk cause you an customize for cream. Tell me why it still comes out if i ask for 1 cream and 4 cream it still looks exactly the same color. I have even put NO cream and the flavor is not there. Employees have been extremely rude and dismissive and few years ago i stopped going completely because of the same issues. New manager came in and i started to come back again for a few years, but as soon as she left new management again and its gone bad again. i don't know how they are hiring these employees. I did also mobile order a breakfast item and tell me when i place the order 5mins before and then when receiving my food its cold. I went home and had to put it in the air fryer and then proceed to do my errands. i shouldn't have to go back home and warm up my food again. I will not be coming to the store again unless there is a complete change in staffing, and im not talking about firing but retraining and paying more close attention to the employees they hire to make sure drinks are better quality and food is up to standard.

The staff members are usually very nice, although there are some that are somewhat rude. The only issues I have is that’s on the days where the rude staff members work, I don’t get any cream cheese in my bagel. I have told them about that, and they still act extremely rudely towards me. But I do appreciate the nice staff members on the days I do go and they work. Hopefully the rude staff members don’t work there for long. It really drives up my anxiety when I’m trying to order.
