I also ordered an oreo chiller today and it was so watered down and half of it is foam. I was going to go back but I was already on my way to work...so ill be stopping at Dutch.

Customers were left waiting in line for over 10 minutes while staff appeared inattentive, and when we asked about placing an order, the response was discourteous. The overall interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this location, as what should have been a pleasant visit instead left me feeling frustrated.

Not sure who was in charge on this Sunday morning at 9am but the service is just unfortunate. It's sad to see a business that people used to love that could be so great but be so not. Do better Dunkin', find those workers that care that want to be in the customer service business. It's not the job for everyone I get it.
