- ISIsabel SJun 12, 20261.0Dirt poor customer service at this location, including from the manager. Placed an order to pick up inside and needed to use the restroom, and all the employees immediately started harassing me about needing to be a paying customer to use the restroom before I could even let them know I had a pickup order. Once I let the employee know of my order, the manager also harrased me about needing to be a paying customer despite me having just checked in my mobile order and came to unlock it. I was nothing but polite and was met with immediate animosity from all team members and the manager simply for asking to use the restroom. A family member who was with me waited while they made my drink and noticed the employees whispering and shooting furtive glances at her while they made it. She then inquired of the manager why they don't let customers use the restroom for which there was no real reason, and the manager was rude, sarcastic, and condescending and refused to give her name when asked. At this point I was certain they had tampered with my drink in retaliation for the unpleasant exchange, so I asked for a refund/cancellation and was shockingly met with no resistance and given an immediate cash refund, which just reinforced my idea that they tampered with my drink since the manager was so quick to refund it, and even looked a bit sheepish like she knew exactly why we wanted a refund. Regardless, worst customer service ever, I wouldn't trust them to make your drink without tampering with it, and even the manager treats paying customers like scum. Will never return.

This was 2nd time trying. First time was awhile ago they had no donuts. Yeah you read that correctly. Did they put sign or something before drive thru to tell you? No once once trapped in driveway you can't pull out then told you. This Dunkin is no good.

I also ordered an oreo chiller today and it was so watered down and half of it is foam. I was going to go back but I was already on my way to work...so ill be stopping at Dutch.
