- AAAdrianaOct 3, 20261.0If you need a quick Dunkin fix, do not stop here. It takes staff a full 35 minutes to make 2 coffees. There is no urgency to anyone on shift. And they are always out of ingredients to make the drinks correctly.

Management does nothing about them, just let them beg people walking in for food and drinks. You can tell the lobby hasn't been cleaned in the last three or four days. The same table I sit at has the same coffee spill. Stain for 3 days in a row already. Duncan needs to do something about this. I will not be back to this location!! Yesterday the health department was here. Doing an inspection not sure if it was for a complaint or their yearly. So sad, you guys let this place get run down
- MSMina SanSep 4, 20261.0This location is terrible. The last two times that I've been here my mobile orders have been wrong. I came here on a Friday at 11 am and waited 25 min at the drive thru. I was handed my iced coffee and then employee had to go and look for my breakfast sandwich which was an English muffin, fried egg and white cheddar. He hands me a croissant sandwich with bacon and American cheese. The coffee tasted watered down. The staff looked confused and undertrained. Then I go again about 5 days later. There were no customers and I still had to wait a couple of minutes at the speaker so I pull up to the window, I wasnt greeted. I'm given my order. I didn't check inside the bag since everything on the sticker was correct. Once I arrive at work I was missing the hash browns, the sandwich had American cheese which was suppose to be white cheddar, no chipotle sauce and it wasn't toasted. Some napkins were crumled up..It seems like the employees don't like their job. Avoid this location!

It looked like they got her drink wrong because she handed it back, waited 5 minutes more, then drove off. I pulled up to the window and waited. I saw two guys reading tickets and slowly opening boxes for what looked to be a large mobile order. I didn't want to be rude and interrupt but at this point it's been over 20 minutes in the drive thru and I'm now late for work. I yell over to the guys if someone can check if that order that's been sitting there is mine. One said, "yeah we're working on it." Proceed to work more on another order, then came over to ask my name. When I told him he handed me my drink and sandwich and said, "oh that's been ready." Also, the ticket literally says no cheese and it has cheese. The coffee is mostly milk and syrup. I was late to work for no reason.
