I asked for a carmel iced late with almond milk.. yall messed up my order 4 seperate times and made with regular milk. This time I caught it and said he I asked for almond milk, then they get attitudes to remake it thwn they dont even put the flavoring in the remade one. Wasted my time ,energy, and money.

When I let them know that half of my order was missing and that I received the wrong items, the situation only got worse. Not only was my order incorrect, but it also appeared to be mishandled intentionally my bagels were burnt completely black, which felt like retaliation for pointing out the mistake. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. The staff seemed disengaged and unhappy, and it definitely showed in the quality of service. I would not recommend this place.
