They didn't even acknowledge me for over 10 minutes (I had a timer going because I was on a break). I had to call attention to them myself because they were doing car orders as priority. The person who was in the store when I walked in had a pickup order who said that the wait was long for them as well. So here's my recommendation. Only go through the drive through and don't pre-order at this location. The donuts are okay, but they definitely are frozen then thawed out. The food was edible. Drinks are okay most of the time depending on preference. I don't think they measure properly because I once got a chai tea that was undrinkable. This place being next to my hair place is not a good reason to go when I know its bad all around.

We go through the drive thru and they never get our coffee orders correct and there is always at least one item missing from our order when they hand us the bags. It should be standard to check the bags against the order before handing them to the customer.
