  I am lactose intolerant, and had asked about a non-dairy option. The worker said they did not have a caramel syrup that was non-dairy, so I said I’ll do the French vanilla SYRUP. I should have checked the label sooner, but after I finished the drink I noticed the label said “French vanilla swirl” (which of course has dairy). I am very frustrated that I didn’t get what I ordered- especially with a dietary restriction that I made clear.

  Just came through the drive thru and they didnt hear me say iced cappuccino instead gave me frap, no Worries i didnt get mad about it , went back inside to get them switched and i was being nice about it and so was the girl upfront that attended me but the girl who gave me my 2 iced cappuccinos i said thank you and she walked off i gave them my money plus a tip i definitely didnt get my moneys worth both my cups were a little half way filled. Just because i wanted my drink redone i got backlash for it ? Please do better who ever made my drinks
