  The beverages are good and donuts but the workers here make you wait for at least 15 minutes they have you pay and move forward to a parking space to wait for one drink!

  I brought my daughter in on Sunday to her a donut. There were two ladies working, one has a shaved head and the other is an older lady. They seemed very annoyed with having customers in the drive thru and us coming in. My daughter asked for a maple donut and the lady sighed very angrily and said “another one?” They both were so grouchy. I felt like we were an inconvenience.

  cant log in to my account i used to own an I phone and could not access the login and they could not reset nor look up my account to help said there was nothing that they could do. I come here often i had enough points for a free drink and a balance on the ddcard and tried to make another account but you have to have a phone number to make one

  The service and quality of drinks at this particular location has really declined and I will not be returning. They messed up an order today. When I approached them and asked them to fix it, they refused. If a customer tells you you made their drink wrong and asked for another one, you remake drink. Why is this so hard to understand? I'm not going to pay $5 for a coffee that is 100% ice. You already cut the size of your larges down to what is now essentially a medium and increase the price. How much more are you going to squeeze out of your customers before they find somewhere else to get coffee?
