  Wanted to leave a compliment for the gentleman who was working 04/21/2026 at 3:35pm. He was extremely pleasant to all the customers and greeted everyone with great manners. My food was prepared quickly and the seating area was very clean. Prices were very reasonable for the airport! Very impressed with my visit.

  Just thought I’d come on here to leave some information on this place that I think would be helpful as of April 2026. First, this Dunkin location at the Phoenix Airport is open 24/7, so I’m not sure why the hours shown on google are different. I tired to suggest the new hours on google, but it asks for a photo of the locations hours of operation, but there is none posted at the store. Someone should look into changing that as I feel like that is maybe keeping them from getting more business on the weekends since google says it’s closed on the weekends. I did in-fact go on a Saturday and the staff informed me they are open 24/7. Second, this location does not use the Dunkin App. So if you are trying to scan to earn points or redeem rewards, you cannot do this at this location. And Third, they only serve medium and large drinks. I had ordered a small and the staff informed me they only sell medium and large. The two ladies that were there were very nice and friendly. It wasn’t busy at all when I went so my order came out fairly quickly.

  I spent a good amount of time here because it’s one of the few spots in the terminal with available outlets to charge my devices. While the seating and power were a huge plus for a long wait, the service was a bit slow and the food was just okay—pretty much what you’d expect from an airport location. It's a functional spot to kill time and plug in, but don't expect a quick grab-and-go if you're in a rush to your gate.

  **There is a Starbucks down in baggage claims, go there instead** This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. I didn't catch the ladies name, but she had long brown hair, looked to be in her 40s. She was rude. I ordered something from the menu, and instead of telling me that they were out of the flavor, she just was like "what? " "Huh?" "What flavor?" And after repeating it several times and letting her know it's on the menu, she was like "we are out of that" ... Like, you should know what's on your menu... Then she made my drink 3/4 of the way full (with the ice already added), and another server said "just add more ice!" Ok, so I got shorted on my drink along with the bad service. Cool. Good thing I don't come to the airport often.
