- ARArianna Rose2 days ago1.0Unfortunately any time I try to get a DECAF coffee I’m given normal caffeine.. I’m unable to have caffeine due to medical reasons. I’ve asked workers are they sure they made my coffee with decaf like I asked? Which they respond with yes ..but I have an intense panic attack after having 2 sips of their coffee which I assumed was decaf like I asked. I know when im given real caffeine bc I haven’t had any in 5+ years for medical reasons. This is very unsafe and I’ll be reporting to better business bureau as well. Don’t get coffee here if you want them to blatantly lie in your face and give you real caffeine.

He knows how to recommend products without being pushy, and he took my order accurately and efficiently. He’s incredibly personable and clearly has a talent for marketing and sales. He suggested the Marshmallow Cloud Dunkalatte, and I absolutely loved it. I promised him I’d leave this review because he made the experience so enjoyable. He’s the reason I’ll keep coming back. Give this guy a raise!

Review keeps getting taken down. Hire competent ppl with actual customer service skills not individuals with no customer service or social skills!

He was cook and willing to help but the other two, a bigger heavier set lady and her Spanish shift lead I believe she was. They were willing to work out the box or figure it out to help me.
