  Food was great. Service by jazz was great. Played the SpongeBob square pants game and it kept malfunctioning. The people who fix the game were very helpful and took care of us. I wish I caught a name but thank you for taking care of us.

  What an absolute joke. Most machines are broken, will steal your credits, glitch out while playing or don't register anything. Even the brand new games had issues. Easily the worst D&B's we've ever been to. Asked for help after one game just stole out credits and dude was clearly annoyed..yeah tell me about it bro, there goes $50

  I was here 8/11 on a Tuesday for a work team builder of only 3 people. First observation was the bar to the left as soon as you walk in said something like bar tender will be back in 15min. (There was no one there and the sign was there all night). So I went to the bar downstairs at the bowling alley where people were bowling. Wasn't open and sat there until someone came up to tell me it's not open. Went upstairs and the bar was finally open! Didn't get food there, went to the Thirst Lion for food (Very good). Came back and ordered 2 unlimited cards and 1 pay card. I think it was $170 for all in gameplay. Went upstairs - For one it's super hot, especially on the east side of the top floor. The end result determined for all 3 of us who came and played almost every single game is they were all super run-down and a lot of things that should work are not working. Clearly no game technician on-site that is fixing these things. Hungry Hippos - one is completely broken, Most the games only worked with 1 player when they are 2 player games. Shooting games especially were the worst. My favorite was a game that shoots air soft balls at targets, everything could've been better with maintenance. The best game was air hockey... I used to recommend this place. Not anymore

  We had my son’s 6th birthday party at Dave & Buster’s and it was SUCH a hit! The entire experience was wonderful, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make his day feel so special. They were a huge help with setup, kept everything running smoothly throughout the party, and were so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. It made the day so much easier for us as parents, and most importantly, my son and his friends had an absolute blast! A special thank you to Lorelei, Raina, and Kayla — you were all amazing and helped make his 6th birthday one we’ll remember. We would absolutely recommend Dave & Buster’s for a kids’ birthday party!

  The service here was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Cameron who works upstairs with long brown hair claiming to be the manager along with one of the waitresses claiming to also be a manager were EXTREMELY RUDE to my wife & I during our visit here with our kiddo. Half the games were broken. We will not be back!
