I stopped by to get my usual peanut buster parfait with no nuts but extra fudge which cost extra which I was fine with but I did not get extra fudge it was a normal parfait just no nuts and I asked if they do pup cups as I have never stopped there before for one, the answer I received with attitude behind it which you could so tell by the tone of her voice was yes but you have to pay for it. I did not ask for it for free I don't mind paying. They told me either a kids cup of ice cream or a kids cup of whip cream, I told them whip cream please. I go to the window pay and than look in the bag they gave me and there was a kids ice cream in there. I got the ladies attention at the window and said I asked for the kids whip cream she rolled her eyes and said oh sorry one second, She gave me a dollar back which I had paid 1.89 for the kids ice cream and than a guy came and handed me a condiment container of whip cream which was maybe a tablespoon. I looked at it and just shook my head and drove off. That is ridiculous. How is a kids ice cream come in a sundae cup but a kids whip cream come in a condiment container that again does not hold a tablespoon and I still paid 89 cents before tax for a tablespoon of cream. Never will I go there again. If you want a pup cup go to either chick fil a, sonic, Dutch bros if you have one near you, even McDonalds I asked for a small cup with a little whip cream for my pup and they all have small containers or small cups that hold a decent amount not a tablespoon and again I don't mind paying for probably a buck for that tablespoon of cream is beyond me.

Went there Sunday at 11am, ordered a cheeseburger, and the guy said sorry the grill is not set up yet, but we can get you chicken fingers, so 8 ordered the chicken fingers and fries and a drink, came out to $13.79, which I was not expecting, wanted a buyer for around $8.00 ended up spending twice the amount, and I ordered a 6 piece and there was only 5 pieces in the box, thought it was sorta weird that they can serve chicken fingers and not burgers, kinda thought they were pushing the chicken fingers, maybe they had to many and needed to get rid of them

I placed an order last night that said it was ready for pickup, but when I got there the girl at the counter started making my Blizzards - Not a big deal, I was fine waiting. But then she just left them sitting on the blender and walked away. I could see her in the back messing around, splashing water at her coworkers, while my order was just sitting there. Another employee ended up stepping in and finishing my order for me. Not really sure what was going on, but it was pretty unprofessional—even for Dairy Queen.
