  The manager was talking rude to the customers and her own employee. I know customers are not always right but there is a certain way to talk to people.... Definitely not going to return to the Dairy Queen. Young kids think that they can talk to people anyway the want. What happen to the respect.

  Melissa, a white woman told me as soon as I walked in she had three orders in front of me and that’ll be a few. I waited patiently for about 7 minutes. 2 other guys came in for their pick up order, she proceeded to help them and didn’t even take my order. Once the last guy received his stuff I asked if SHE COULD at least take my order so I can wait in the car. I asked nicely, I see she is short staff or the only staff. The cook and the cashier literally. She then got an attitude. She didn’t want to give her name at first for whatever reason but than she said Melissa and then why. I told her to have a nice day and left. As I don’t want to chance going to jail for someone wanting to play with my food because they’re over worked. Speak to your boss about that NOT me. I like when the young Hispanic guy or half breed girl is in there. I’ve never had an issue with them. Do better Melissa.

  I was just picking up a DoorDash, but it was super packed on a Friday night. March 13, 2026. The girl and the boy and the boy cook in the back. We’re doing absolutely amazing. They were so so sweet and even offered me a drink for my dash. 10 out of 10 experience even though they were packed super proud of them. ❤️❤️
