  Ordered 3 Blizzards. Employee (manager on tag) made them while talking on cell phone. No gloves on any food handlers,. Artificial nails excessively long ie in the food! Needs a health department visit!

  The young man working the drive thru was very rude. Ordered 2 medium dipped cones (that were only dipped half way and the coating was so thin and see thru the ice cream was melting thru it), and also order a medium strawberry and pineapple Sunday (they made the Sunday strawberry and put the pineapples in the lid and dumped it on top when they closed it) couldn't even open it without all the pineapples falling out.

  Literally reposting from another account because I would like for ALEXIS to see my shout-out if for no other reason than to stay motivated in kindness for the work she does. So, I stopped by this Dairy Queen on baseline and 33rd street for a quick treat and almost drove off after a rough start at the drive-thru. Thankfully, Alexis stepped in and completely shifted the experience. She was professional, attentive, and handled everything with care and urgency. Even after I had already decided not to order, she took the time to listen, turned things around quickly, and made sure my order was done right—and even better than expected. I ended up leaving happy and actually enjoying my treat because of her. This isn’t a knock on the entire team, but Alexis truly stood out. If there’s ever an issue, ask for Alexis. If you want things done smoothly the first time, ask that she handle or oversee your order. She made a lasting impression and turned what could’ve been a negative visit into a great one. So thank you again ALEXIS!!!

  Came through this Dairy Queen for a quick treat but almost left due to a poor drive-thru experience. Thankfully, Alexis stepped in and completely turned things around. Her customer service was top-tier. Alexis was polite, attentive, and quick to recover the situation. Even after I had decided not to order, she took the time to listen, handled everything with a great attitude, and delivered my order fast and better than expected. My treat ended up being exactly what I wanted, and I left genuinely satisfied because of her. This isn’t to knock the whole staff but Alexis was the standout. If you run into any issues, ask for Alexis. If you want to avoid issues altogether, ask that she take the lead or oversee your order. She made all the difference and turned my entire experience around.

  The customer service here is amazing. The staff is super friendly and sweet. My food was so very delicious. I definitely want to eat here again and soon. The place was also absolutely clean.
