Blue collar worker here. Only get 30min lunch break and spent 15min just waiting for my food. Finally got it and the “cupcake” they handed me was a literal milkshake with frosting and sprinkles on top… I don’t have time for this

Why list your hours open until 215am when you stop serving before 1am. Drive all the way here because it’s the only thing open that I wanted. Went up to the window and there’s people in there completely ignoring me. Honestly super embarrassing and a Waste of my time. Never coming back

Drove all the way here at 1:55 AM because your hours online clearly say you’re open until 2:15 AM. To make matters worse, I had already placed and paid for an online order expecting it to be ready when I arrived. When I got there, I was told they were closed and they refused to fulfill the order. When I pointed out that the posted hours showed they were supposed to be open, the employee’s response was, “I’ve never heard of that in my entire life.” Not only did I waste my time and gas driving there, but I was left dealing with an order that had already been placed and paid for. The complete lack of professionalism and accountability was unbelievable. A simple apology or acknowledgment that the hours online were wrong would have been the bare minimum. If your actual closing time is different, update your hours and stop accepting online orders you have no intention of making. Terrible customer service and an extremely frustrating experience.

Love how y'all removed my review. The lines are ALWAYS long for waiting. I got charged for a cup of sauce that wasn't even sealed/packaged and half filled. And your staff doesn't use the coupons when they're presented to them. Instead they take it upon themselves to use your points without asking and don't give the receipt unless you ask so you don't realize it until it's too late . Same with I putting your DQ reward number. The only time this location is operating better is when Desiree is working at the window. She's always very pleasant and thorough despite y'all leaving her short staffed. The least you could have done was give a courtesy return of my points or reach out to rectify the problem instead my comment was deleted. If it's removed again I will put it back up idc. Do better.

If I were rating based on convenience alone, I'd easily give 5 stars. I live in the apartments across the street, and there's nothing better than when my boyfriend comes back from walking the dog with my favorite blizzard after just being gone a few minutes! The only issues I've noticed aren't a huge deal, since it's become the norm for most fast food places: fried items like the chicken tenders and french fries have definitely been served after sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long, so if we're ordering anything other than ice cream we started requesting to have fried items dropped fresh- it's 100% worth waiting an extra couple of minutes, if it even takes that long! Everything's always great since we ordering that way. DQ is obviously known for the dessert options though, so you can't go wrong ordering anything sweet! Unfortunately, this location is in one of the worst (most dangerous, high crime, homeless population is out of control) spots in Phoenix, so most of the time my boyfriend doesn't even want me to come with him. I recommend using the drive-thru or pre-ordering through the app, and keep the doors locked and windows up on your vehicle, so your able to get your snacks and then leave this crazy area as quick as possible! Sad to say, because it wasn't always this bad. Luckily our apartments are gated, but we still end up with homeless people trying to camp out or use the tables to hang out. Only had one negative experience with a DQ employee who had made me a chocolate syrup sundae instead of hot fudge, which I would never order in a million years because I don't care for chocolate syrup, so I know for a fact I didn't mix my words up but she basically insisted that I was lying! I guess "the customer is always right" rule doesn't apply anymore like it did back when I worked in restaurants... I wasn't being obnoxious about it or anything, I just wanted what I ordered- I really couldn't believe how rude she was! She seemed to finally give up on trying to convince me that I ordered something that's not even part of my vocabulary and have literally never ordered before, but then she started adding hot fudge on top of the chocolate syrup without making a new one! Once she said no to making me a new one without the chocolate syrup, since I explained to her that was kind of the whole point, I gave up and I just saved my receipt, so I ended up calling the store and the manager answered and had no problem giving me a refund later that evening, so that was appreciated. I haven't seen that same girl since, so I wouldn't be surprised if her awful attitude got her fired! I know I sound like a full-blown Karen- I swear I'm not, I just try to be as accurate as possible if I'm going to take the time to leave a review. Everyone else who works there is always friendly and really quick to get orders out. We'd be miserable if we suddenly couldn't get our blizzard fix so close anymore! 😂
