The line wasn't moving after 10 min, the same car was at the ordering screen, I called to check if everything is ok, if not we would just come back another time. The person answering hung up the phone after I asked if the drive-thru was still open. I called back and they said it was open, the car in front of me drove off without ordering. Cars in back of me left tired of waiting. I finally ordered and all seemed to be made pretty quickly except the fries, the young lady said to pull forward and she would bring it out, no problem. Seemed so chaotic had a feeling they would forget... Another 10 mins and she brought out food to other cars after us . I waved her down to ask she looked surprised and said she would bring it out. After another 10 min I went inside to ask.... It was sitting in counter.. Never again. The remodeling on the outside looks nice, unfortunately the chaos inside continues. Not enough people knowing what to do.
