  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this Dairy Queen location—and unfortunately, it happened not once, but twice. My teenage daughter went in to order a Blizzard and was given the wrong item. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, staff refused to remake it or offer a refund and chose to argue with her. The situation escalated into employees being rude and disrespectful toward her, which is completely unacceptable—especially toward a young customer who was polite and just wanted what she ordered. I contacted corporate after this incident, and to their credit, they responded professionally, apologized, and offered a complimentary large Blizzard to make things right. However, when my daughter returned to redeem that offer, she was met with the exact same behavior. The manager on duty was extremely unprofessional, refused to honor the corporate resolution, and again treated her with disrespect. This shows a serious lack of accountability and leadership at this location. I personally called the store to address the issue and was met with even more unprofessional conduct. The employee who answered identified herself as “Emily,” but when I asked to speak with the manager and requested her name, the manager refused to provide it and repeatedly interrupted me instead of listening. When I informed her the call was being recorded and would be escalated, she hung up on me. After that, the store stopped answering calls altogether. It is very disappointing that a simple trip for ice cream turned into multiple negative experiences involving poor service, lack of basic courtesy, and refusal to honor a corporate resolution. I will be following up again with corporate, and I strongly caution others about visiting this location. Based on my experience, I will not be returning.

  The manager Erika at this location has terrible customer service. She was super rude and rushed us when we were placing our order. mind you at that time no other cars were behind us. When we got to the window we tried to add to our order since she rudely rushed us. Then she comes to the window and starts to be rude to her worker telling her we had to go back around if we wanted to order something else with such an attitude.. there was no need for her to be rude to her worker like that she could have been way calmer about the situation. Not gng to that location ever!
