  It's always so good and the white rice is amazing I would so recommend it to anyone if you like burritos or just want some lemonade its always good

  First time going to this location, Super friendly staff greeted me as soon as I walked in, very clean and well stocked. Food was very good!

  I only eat here 2x a year and everytime I ask myself, "why did I come here"? Food is always mid and forget delivery 4/5 times my order is wrong. Very disappointing.

  Absolutely worst experience ive ever had at Chipotle!! Asked for double protein and they still skimped the portions so i kindly asked for a little bit more and the blonde haired lady at the register was adament that i asked for three portions and still charged me. The reviews are awful and today I saw why.

  EDIT: Second burrito wasn't as bad as first burrito, and Chipotle also did respond to my review saying they would pass feedback on to the store; thus, I'm adding a star (from 2 stars to 3). Will still likely try another store next time around for comparison, but in fairness I'm upping my review rating because maybe this wasn't as bad as I thought, and/or maybe it will improve with feedback. --- ORIGINAL REVIEW: I didn't believe the other bad reviews, but, unfortunately, I think they are true, at least as far as the overcooked and extremely salty chicken in my burrito. I don't know if this is standard Chipotle recipe/prep, so maybe this is just what you might get elsewhere, but I guarantee next time I feel like Chipotle I will drive the extra 10-15 minutes to check elsewhere for something more savory, less burnt & salty. I am not mad, because I had a BOGO offer so at least the total cost was not full price, and I'm leaving this review so the store can maybe adapt. I would LOVE this location, since it's just down the street from my home, but as-is I'd rather try my luck at other Chipotle stores, or just go to Barro's Pizza nearby instead. I can't comment about service or performance or the restaurant itself because I had delivery. I will probably try again in 6-9 months to see if recipe/prep has improved, but until then, this is no-go for me.
