  Undercooked rice, no vinaigrette because they’re machine was “broken”. Chipotle is a scam. Waste of time and money. Staff was mediocre and the kid making my burrito bowl offered me meat 3 times after me telling him a “veggie bowl” 4 times. Kid who was working the POS was the best part. Lady who seemed like a manager appeared bothered and didn’t appreciate her job. Don’t blame her

  The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. I have had no issues with item quality or serving size. However, prior to this location opening I had given up on Chipotle due to quality and serving size issues at other locations. I was nervous to try it, but glad I did. It is consistent and worth the price. The Chipotlane, drive thru for Mobile orders, is an excellent addition! The mobile app is also super user friendly and the rewards are worth it! I was hesitant to post this because lower ratings may keep my precious line down, but the crew here absolutely deserves to be recognized. You all are doing amazing!

  Why put a Chipotle here, a horrible one at that. I’d rather eat Arby’s that would have been way better. This place is a rip off I do not understand how anyone could go out of their way to go here. My co worker ordered from here for everyone in my department at TSMC. Even the Chipotle stans were saying maybe this is the end for them. Horrible food, small portions, bad customer service on phone and in person. I hope this place shuts down and they put something better here. L Chipotle..

  Staff was not paying attention and visiting behind the counter. There weren't any clean tables. Food and debris on the floor. The soda machine area was a mess and the staff isn't trained and doesn't have any direction or management. I have pictures but can't upload them. This was very disappointing and I don't see a need to go back to this location.

  It's Chipotle so high expectations aren't necessarily there however...... This specific location is atrocious. The cleanliness is less than one star. Food and trash EVERYWHERE!!!! They have a lot of staff and the only one who seemed to care to be there was the pregnant lady, the rest had less than zero customer service. The rag they used to "clean" the drink counter had to be dipped in 5 day old water as it left a disgusting residue everywhere. 25 percent of the tables were in use and the other 75 percent had food and trash all over them. I understand lunch rushes but they had 3 people making bowls and building burritos. One to put on rice and meat, another for salsa and cheese and another kinda pretending to help out. Then had 3 people at the checkout... one to put your burrito in the bag, one to give you chips and a drink, if you wanted them, and another at the register. Your restaurant is disgusting, take one of the 3 associates not contributing and go clean something. When I was ordering my burrito I asked for negligent rice and beans so what did I get???? Heaping piles of both. Then I asked for a protein to which I received one, MAYYYYBBEEEE two ounces of. The worker behind the counter looked like she was debating putting more on, then made the executive decision to not. I should have taken a picture but imagine this.... you order a hotdog somewhere and they give you a normal sized bun with a single little smokie in the middle.... This is no exaggeration. On top of this, you are paying over 20 dollars for this and a drink. The franchisee should be disgusted with themselves. What an absolute stain to the Anthem area.
