Both incidents, I was missing an item. I had to go back to retrieve the items. Both times I went back to get the items the workers there seemed annoyed and confused. It’s not my fault they don’t know how to pack the order correctly. There is never an apology, nothing! It’s like it’s my fault that the items were missing. What’s the point of tipping them if this is how they’re going to treat customers? Don’t give this location business. They truly don’t care as evidence by their low ratings.

Normally, they are supposed to tell you about extra charges, not secret charges, twice. They know you're hungry and when you get home, they know it's too hot for you to get in the car and go back to complain so they do it.

They ended up charging me not only extra, but twice. Check your receipts. Check for double charges on extra stuff they never even ask about. Unfair business practices. Whether they do this for bonuses or to pocket the money is unknown, but it happens shamelessly. This equates to theft, plain and simple. Chipotle, you're practices are greed and profits at all costs.

Ordered chile lime chips they were so stale it literally broke my tooth, I went back up there to tell them and they looked at me as if I was making it up. I do not recommend!!! Close the whole restaurant at this point
