  bad service, May 10, 2026 around 6:30pm, had an order for pick up and there was a mix up with the names situation but the two ladies working at that time were rude in helping out, plus the bowl I ordered wasn’t even full all the way and the burrito wasn’t even as big as my hand, never again going to order at this location

  I went into the store and ordered a steak bowl and a beef Barbacoa burrito then added all the fixings ask them to include guacamole and then when I go to pay they tell me it's an additional $3 each and I didn't have enough money to pay the additional $6 so the lady gets whoever's in charge and she asked me if I want to purchase them without the guacamole and I say yes and then she proceeds to tell me I have to go to the back of the line and wait and buy this point there is a long line. I eat at Chipotle quite often and I'm very disappointed in their customer service because I would think with a customer who got something that they did not know was going to be additional you should let them purchase the original item they were going to purchase and just apologize about the surcharge and dismiss it that would be good customer service. I will not come back to this Chipotle and I'm going to tell everyone I know to not come to this one either bad bad bad bad bad customer service experience

  Wow, Chipotle went down HARD! Two locations same experience, everyone seems miserable working there but whats worse is the mediocre portions they give you nowadays. Not coming back, for the price, its like robbery!

  Worse chipotle experience. They put you no meat. The man scooped me and shook the scoop leaving with a quarter scoop of chicken and I asked him if he can put a me little more because that was not a scoop and he told me it would be an up charge and I said you didn’t even give me a full scoop. If you can please put a little more and he denied. Sad because he then asked me to leave if you’re not going comply. He then threw away the bowl and told me to leave. Very disrespectful and a waste of food.

  They were really busy when I was here but 8 never felt like I waited very long. They were all so polite and friendly, and most importantly, the food was delicious. Would definitely go to this location again!
