- NRNoah RailJul 9, 20261.0It’s chipotle. Closing staff on July 8th, 2026, around 9:15PM completely ignored us. We ordered for pick up, the order was prepared by the time we got there—great! We walk across the 110° parking lot, enter the establishment—which was already closing! They close at 10PM. Sure, it’s a Wednesday. Maybe it won’t be too busy past dinner time. The staff proceeded to ignore the man in front of us, and then us. We finally just stated we have a pick up order to the young lady at the cash register. She then perked up, and grabbed our food after hearing that. There was probably about 5 or 6 people on, all of which doing nothing and looking away the microsecond we caught their gaze. The portions were average. Food tasted fine; once again, it is Chipotle and you know what you are buying. Since everything was “closed up” inside—all the chairs were on the tables—we ate outside. Our chips then blew away in the wind which isn’t Chipotle’s fault, but did also suck. Either go to a different location, or eat something else.
