- ATAthena Taylor3 days ago1.0⭐️ This location seriously needs to get it together. My order was supposed to be ready at 1:45 PM. I arrived at 1:50 PM, and my order still wasn’t ready. I asked the guy working at the counter about it, and he told me they were working on it. There were three employees standing in the checkout area, and immediately after telling me they were working on my order, all three of them walked away and left the area. I ended up waiting another five minutes before my order was finally ready. And this isn’t the first, second, or even third time this has happened. At this point, it’s ridiculous. I only come to this location because it’s close to my job, but I’m honestly sick of how unorganized and inefficient this location is. The employees are also consistently rude and seem completely uninterested in helping customers. I’m also tired of having to walk up to the pickup counter and wait around for an employee to hand me my food. Leave the food on the pickup shelves! That is literally what the shelves are there for. What is the point of having pickup shelves if they’re never actually being used? If an order says it will be ready at 1:45, I shouldn’t still be standing there waiting at 1:50 — especially when there are multiple employees behind the counter. This happens way too often at this location. Please get this location organized and figure out what is going on with the customer service.

I was annoyed I was even thought to be a pranker as I use Apple Pay all the time . Being accused of this felt so cringe. I refused to repay using a card .
