- RRRobertAug 2, 20261.0What an absolute JOKE of a restaurant. The self proclaimed "GM" who appears to not be a day older than 21 said he's the one in charge. He places himself in the mobile orders section of the restaurant and intentionally skimps on the portions just to balance out his own metrics of food usage/waste since customers don't see him, unlike on the main front line where customers face directly at you as they're ordering. Every time I place a mobile order and see him as being the one who's serving and handing out orders, the portions are always far less than a full balanced scoop when I arrive home and inspect the order in closer detail. It took several orders for me to catch on as to when and who this happens with, and surprise, surprise it's with the GM who's incentivized to ensure portions are at a certain %. But rather than ethically leading by example and giving a full balanced scoop, instead, he's undercutting the customers who he serves to offset the over portions that his staff occasionally serves throughout the day. He's only feeding his own greedy pockets to hit the bonuses that you all dangle over management's head! I used to love Chipotle for how much value you got for your buck, and although the prices haven't changed much over the years, which helps the guests — the significant portion size reductions have been noticed and have officially lost a valued customer from me and my family. 0/5 stars
