  If you’re thinking of going to this location. Don’t. Drive the extra 5 mins to any other one. We were just coming back home from a long drive and wanted an easy quick dinner, so we ordered online to pick up. Unfortunately once we reached the drive up window we sat there for 10 mins without being acknowledged while the staff inside are dancing, jumping around & laughing. Once we finally received our order and got home, the entire order wasn’t even close to we had ordered. My husband’s bowl had the guac that mine was supposed to have even though there was an allergy alert note on the order for his bowl as he’s severely allergic. When I had gone back to get the correct order, I had kindly asked for the manger and explained the situation, requesting the correct order. The manger was rude and dismissive. She had roughly put the food in the bag and essentially tossed the bag across the counter while rolling her eyes. No apologies, or sympathy regarding their mistakes. Fortunately we will not be returning to this location again and will go to one where the staff and mangers know what customer service is.

  The best example of one bad experience ruins all the good ones. Been coming here 3 years, never have I had to deal with this here before. Sit 10 minutes at the window without being acknowledged, get our food cold, find out the order is so completely screwed up you have to wonder what 1st grader who couldn’t figure out a macaroni diagram got hired at this joke of a location. When you go back to get the correct order, the staff and the manager have the audacity to admit they know they screwed up the order and hoped we wouldn’t notice until we got home. Then give you attitude about remaking it and throw the food bag at you across the counter and told to go away. The absolute disrespect the managers of this location exude and allow from their staff is baffling. I will happily never return to this location and urge anyone else to drive 5 minutes down the road to somewhere that knows how to treat customers. Edited to add: the food looks and tastes and tastes as shitty as your staff.

  I ordered a quesadilla and I only got the sides. The quesadilla was not in the container and I tried to order a bowl with super greens, but they were out of super greens and both the employee and the manager gave me all kinds of problems about it because it was late in the day.

  Wow, what an amazing crew!! My experience was beyond belief. I wasn't there to experience the ambiance, however, I can attest to their cleanliness. Super friendly, and their food is always on par! "MEADOW ESCARCEGA," is amazing. She helped with all my needs, and also helped with anything I had an issue with. I will always be back for this crew, food and location. !!

  There’s nothing more frustrating than taking the time to complete an online order only to find it isn’t correct once you get to the office. Ugh. No time to go back. It should have been correct to begin with as it was not at all busy.
