I would say that about 60% of the orders I've received have had extremely hard rice that hurts my teeth and ruins the bowl because it wasn't cooked properly. I understand that employees may not always care as much as customers do, but it's unfortunate because it results in wasted money and a disappointing experience. Today, while in the drive-thru, I asked for a side of Tabasco sauce. The young man gave me my order and told me that the location was unfortunately out of Tabasco sauce. I said, "Okay, no worries." I then pulled around, parked, and went inside. Of course, sitting right there were five brand-new bottles of Tabasco sauce. That's frustrating. If you don't want to provide a side of it through the drive-thru, then just tell me I need to come inside to get it. There is no reason to tell me the location is out of Tabasco sauce when it clearly isn't. This Chipotle location can search my name and see how often I visit because of how close I live. This review has been five years in the making. This place has caused a lot of stress, annoyance, wasted money, and disappointment over the years. At this point, I think I'm done with this location and will give another Chipotle farther away a chance.
