What made the experience worse was the service. The employee serving me was rushing through my order, speaking and moving so quickly that I barely had time to make my selections. The attitude came across as impatient and, at times, disrespectful. Customers shouldn’t feel rushed or unwelcome while simply trying to place an order. Good customer service requires patience, basic courtesy, and respect. Management should make sure employees understand how to treat customers before putting them on the serving line.
