  Apparently this is your”typical” lowball Chipotle. They intentionally give u less on purpose. All I got was a dwarf sized “squared” burrito. I even saw the kid add three pieces of shredded lettuce on my burrito.

  I’m really disappointed with the customer service at Chipotle. I had an issue with my order through the app and instead of trying to help resolve it, I was basically told to “come back another time” because they were busy during the lunch rush. Since they couldn’t assist me with the app issue, I ended up having to purchase the item again out of pocket just to get my food. Poor communication, no urgency to help, and overall a frustrating experience. I understand lunch rushes happen, but customers should still be treated with respect and given proper assistance. On top of that, my order never seems to be ready on time and I usually end up waiting 10-20 minutes after the set ready time. Wont be coming back.

  I’m writing this as the pregnant fiancée who was present during this visit, because the way we were treated by an employee named Luis was honestly upsetting and unacceptable.We come to this Chipotle regularly and usually have great experiences the rest of the staff has always been kind and helpful. I also want to acknowledge that customer service handled our follow-up appropriately and resolved things over email, which we do appreciate. However, our interaction with Luis was completely different. From the start, he was rude, dismissive, and spoke to us in a condescending and argumentative tone when we raised a simple, polite concern. We remained respectful the entire time. What’s most concerning is that after the interaction, Luis later claimed he “was in the back,” which is simply not true. He was directly involved in the interaction with us, and this should be clearly verifiable through in-store camera footage. We politely said goodbye when leaving, and his response and presence contradict that claim entirely. Being dishonest about the situation only makes this worse.As someone who is pregnant, I expect at the very least basic patience and courtesy. Instead, the way we were treated felt dismissive and unnecessarily hostile. It wasn’t just poor service it felt like a complete lack of respect. I strongly encourage management to review the camera footage from that time and address this behavior appropriately. One interaction like this can seriously damage the otherwise positive experience we’ve consistently had at this location.Luis is the worst employee I’ve ever encountered. Unreal

  We come to this Chipotle regularly and usually have a great experience—the rest of the staff has consistently been friendly and helpful. I also want to note that customer service handled our follow-up well and resolved things over email, which we appreciated. That said, our interaction with an employee named Luis was completely unacceptable. He was rude, dismissive, and came across as condescending from the start. When we raised a simple concern, he responded in a way that felt unnecessarily argumentative and unprofessional. What made it worse was that he gave us information that didn’t line up with what we were later told by customer service, which left us feeling misled. My fiancée is pregnant, and the lack of basic courtesy and patience in that situation made the experience even more frustrating. It wasn’t just bad service it felt like a total disregard for how to treat ANYONE. management should seriously address this kind of behavior. One interaction like this can undo a lot of goodwill.
