  Whoever is on shift for July 2nd from 7:30-8:10 needs to be retrained for basic customer service. My granddaughter went in to pick up her order which we placed 15 minutes prior to us arriving at the restaurant. She proceeded to wait an exceeding amount of time while I watched multiple customers go in and out before her. As she was going to leave, she noticed the bag was light and was confused because her order included a drink. The lady then proceeded to respond with “It’s in the bag.” My granddaughter was very confused and right before she left, she heard the employees chuckling to themselves. That’s when she realized she was about to leave with an empty drink, they didn’t even bother to warn her or let her know. They were about to let a customer walk away with an empty cup because they thought it was funny. This is the last time I will be coming to this chipotle. It’s not the first time they’ve treated me with disrespect but now I’m over it. And the cherry on top, they made her order wrong and gave her half a bowl. She ordered carnitas and they gave her chicken. Before she told me that, I was willing to let this go. But I couldn’t after that, so I went back to the store, and they didn’t even question me or make any concerns, they immediately went to work on it because they knew exactly what they did. This is highly disrespectful and I hope you do a closer review on the people you hire/train.

  love tha blone boy at tha register plus all the employees nice and friendly asfff dont every play with them for sure coming back✨✨

  They are really stingy with chicken. Barely a spoon full. Looks like their salaries will be deducted if they serve a few more grams. I can’t even find any chicken pieces while eating. Some staff are disrespectful and odd.

  As my first time coming to this chipotle I don’t ever go, my girlfriend usually orders it online, we went in yesterday and I never made a bowl or burrito as if I’m not familiar with anything. I was asking my girlfriend a few questions on what I should get and basically the person putting the stuff on was in a rush or something basically already wrapped up my burrito. Cashier was even worse. I asked for both my meals to be combos and charged me once. I was like where’s my other drink? Didn’t get charged but wanted to charge me again, I went in at 6/24/26 around 5 pm. Worst people ever. Like I was rushed to make my burrito and cashier wanted to be a smart ass saying “look at your recipe” as it was wrong. I’ll probably never come to this location ever again. Thanks to those 2 people. I work in the food industry and I can tell you the customer service on those 2 sucked.

  The manager is so rude and condescending everytime i’ve gone hes either scolding employees or being rude to customers serving up food with an attitude, making many uncomfortable. Love the others though!!
