  My wife went to pick up food for us and she called me after crying because of how disrespectful and rushed she felt from the staff. She said there was no one behind her and each staff member working with Daniel that night was just berating her and rushing her to finish her order. And then when she gets to the cashier (Daniel) he continues to be disrespectful and wants to catch an attitude with her for just trying to scan her app and ask for a side of hot sauce. This level of service is unacceptable and would not recommend going to this location.

  And I ONLY give 5 stars because of the young man with the beard working at 8:20 on may 2nd. All the girls working should be fired for such terrible customer service. I paid for a steak family meal and when I got home there wasn’t any steak at all. They tried to tell me they could give me a medium of the steak even tho u paid for a large. It isn’t my fault they forgot something and the young man and the cooks were right on it while the girls continued to question me and look at each other like they never heard of forgetting to pack an item. like I was stealing from their kitchen or something. Before the girls could put me through another runaround he handed me a large steak and granted me a free bowl I requested for having to drive all the way back to get the main part of my families dinner. The guys need a big raise because I wanted to put 1 star for how bad the girls treated me.

  Do not go to the chipotle there is one on 4705 w broadway go there. One they are rude two they are money hungry I have been to many other chipotles and this is the ONLY that wanted to charge me $10 for rice, beans and cheese burrito every other one when it is less than 4 items charges it per item which is only 3 items this one do’s not care that you are getting nothing but still wants to charge you 10 and then the lady at the front says that is how it is at all of them ha lies I’ve been to at least 10 others and they are great this one is not so save yourself they will charge you wrong and not give two crap cause they DONT care about the customer just money.
