  Usually pretty good but lately there is a new caucasian kid that always seem to get my order wrong. Puts something different on my order everytime.

  I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to this location. The portion sizes were significantly smaller than expected, especially considering the prices continue to increase. When I asked about the amount of food being served, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful rather than addressing my concerns. Good customer service can make a big difference, but unfortunately, I felt rushed and undervalued as a customer. I expect consistency, fair portions, and respectful interactions when dining here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both portion control and customer service so future customers have a better experience.

  This location gets the job done. It's my local Chipotle and the staff is nice. One drawback is the jam packed parking lot and the panhandlers in it. About 50% of the time I visit in expecting someone to ask.

  DONT come to this chipotle they do not do right by their customers. Every other Chipotle I’ve gone to does it right by their people. When you are getting a burrito that has only rice beans and cheese this chipotle wants to charge you 10 as a veggie EVERY other chipotle I’ve gone too has charged it per item which comes to like 6 dollars not this money hungry one. The owners obviously do not care about doing the right things as the workers say this is their policy if you get at least three things then it’s a veggie even though you got no veggies and every other one does it differently. HORRIBLE customer service you are what is wrong with the world over charging. Go to any other one there is one on 11 and Washington go there.

  My wife went to pick up food for us and she called me after crying because of how disrespectful and rushed she felt from the staff. She said there was no one behind her and each staff member working with Daniel that night was just berating her and rushing her to finish her order. And then when she gets to the cashier (Daniel) he continues to be disrespectful and wants to catch an attitude with her for just trying to scan her app and ask for a side of hot sauce. This level of service is unacceptable and would not recommend going to this location.
