- BKBen Kuehl2 days ago1.03rd time in a row I’ve come here for lunch and they’re out of multiple meat options. No chicken, employee said it would be 20 minutes. Lmao. Barely any steak, which had huge fatty pieces that look disgusting. Asked the employee, you would actually serve that? To which she replied, yes I would. In that case, I’ll never be coming back to Chipotle. Gross, no quality control.

However, I was in the greater Biltmore area and was hungry for a late evening burrito on a Monday. This location claimed to be open to 11:00pm. I arrived at 10:30 to find the doors locked and another customer walking away saying "they're closed." I didn't understand why it would closed a half hour early. I knocked and a person finally came to the door. They claimed they had run out of food. Apparently this is a frequent reason to close early for them. The employees were unapologetically rude. Presumably the employees like to get out of there early and this is a common occurrence. I asked if there is anything still left that I could still order since I was very hungry and my mind was set on the burrito. "NO. Go away we are closed." was the response. I understand on rare occasions restaurants plan poorly and run out of food. It was more than the fact that employees were rude and acted like this is a common occurrence. Lesson learned. DO NOT go to this location anytime after 10:00 p.m. thinking they will be open and available to make you a meal. More often than not apparently you will find them closed early. I was particularly shocked by the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the employees.
