Every time I come regardless of the day or time there’s only 1 person doing both the line and register. Please get your shit together or I will find a new chipotle. I shouldn’t have to wait 20min in line every day when there’s only 4 people in front of me

One cashier, i had to wait for the cashier to wipe down all the tables in the dining area. Even after the manager told her that there was somebody waiting to cash out. I go to chipotle at least once a week. You just lost a customer.This isn't the first time i've had poor service at this restaurant. You need to fire the management and rehire new people that actually will enjoy their job.DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE!

This was my second time coming here and the service has been awful both times. I wanted to give it a second chance but they were rude. The fist experience was I asked for half and half meat the girl didn’t hear me and that’s okay I corrected her and the other one took over and rolled her eyes. I was in disbelief that she did that. I think she thought I didn’t see her so they corrected my food order. Then today I put in a mobile order it said it was done at 2:00. I got there it wasn’t ready no problem. I stood there for a good 20 minutes just to be told that they gave my food away. I said okay and thought they were remaking w. I didn’t receive any my food for another 30 minutes ingot. No one apologized the one lady asked me about my food I said all I know it I was told that one of you all gave away my food. She became super defensive and said , WELL I DIDN’T GIVE AWAY YOUR FOOD. I’m said I didn’t say that you did all I was told that someone did. I received my food and left. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life.
