  Let me start by saying I REALLY want to love Chipotle, it’s a block from my house. Unfortunately, we have ordered take out twice and dined in once and the food has been pricey & not that great. This last time we got a bean & cheese burrito (that was cold with al dente beans) and a salad with A LOT of sauce and VERY little meat for $32! If a mexican/latin restaurant can’t even make a good bean burrito… what’s the point?

  Great location as a GM for a chipotle myself out of state I went to this location visiting family in Phoenix walked in white rice was empty waited 5 min which backed up line 2 spanish ladies looked at me like they were disgusted that I asked for fresh white rice and extra portions to pay for I might add comments in spanish with spanish staff and management in front need to be careful who also customer wise understands spanish detail back up orders ready for heavy rush and good professional customer service goes along way and made obvious good and bad. 04/14

  I stop coming to this Chipotle because the service was so bad and the food was allways different but the last few times I been its been grate service has been friendly the food has been on point I think this is mt favorite Chipotle in the valley now

  I WILL NEVER GO TO CHIPOTLE EVER AGAIN! AT ANY LOCATION! I HAVE FOOD POISONING, AGAIN!!!!!! 🤢🤮🚫 I went to this location, 7th Ave and McDowell, last night and ordered a chicken bowl around 8:30pm. My stomach was hurting all night, I couldn't sleep, then went to work today and threw up more than once and was sent home early. Here it is 24 hours later and I cannot stop vomiting, constant diarrhea, stomach cramps, and i can't keep even water down. This is my second time getting food poisoning from Chipotle! Last year I went to the location on 16th st and camelback and the food there gave me food poisoning as well. I didn't go back and try again for almost a whole year, I tried again last night thinking maybe it was the location, no it wasn't. Same issue, food poisoning again, I'm so disgusted! I am so sick!!!! 🤮
