  AI summary is very telling lol. Food is always great, just be ready for some of the snobby/cranky front of house that work evenings (not all). Ingredients also frequently run out at the later times of day. Otherwise solid location.

  I visited the Chipotle location on Peoria today, 9/29, at around 1:50 PM. I’m a top 1% Chipotle customer and genuinely eat at Chipotle almost daily, so I’m very familiar with what a normal serving should look like. I ordered a bowl with chicken, and the chicken on the line was already running very low. I asked for chicken, and the employee gave me what was essentially a half scoop. When I questioned the portion, she told me she could give me double chicken, but the initial serving was clearly nowhere close to what I would consider a standard scoop. What made the situation more frustrating was that the employee next to her noticed what happened and said it was okay and that she would give me more once additional chicken was brought out to the line. I appreciated that employee trying to correct the situation. However, I was still charged for double chicken, despite initially receiving only about a half scoop and having to point out the issue before receiving more. If I’m paying the full price for double chicken, I expect to actually receive the appropriate amount of chicken. I understand that portions can vary slightly, especially when the line is running low, but this was beyond a normal portion variation. Being charged for double chicken after receiving a very small initial portion is simply not acceptable. I hope management looks into what happened around 1:50 PM on 9/29 and makes sure employees are following consistent portion standards and that customers are receiving what they are actually being charged for.

  They gave me half scoop of steak and said I cant get more while they gave the homeless lady 4 or 5 scoops. I was in disbelief seeing this. Definitely not spending a dime here next time.

  Was craving Chipotle and had a free quesadilla to redeem via the app, redeemed that and ordered a burrito. Tried the new like chicken and loved it. I wish the burrito wasn't 2/3 rice tho, but it's not like I didn't finish it. Thank you Chipotle.

  This restaurant offered a no kid size tortilla bag of chips option. I advised the manager that if my friend who has weight loss surgery was with me that day that this would be a liability. Seeming as though a person who has had weight loss surgery can only eat a small portion of food. She was not aware of this. I advised her that people with weight loss surgery carry around a card which indicates that they are allowed to order off of the kid menu at will. Should not matter if you have child with you or not. Chipotle cannot tell people how to spend their money and what to spend it on. Managers and staff need to be trained appropriately or else it will end up in a massive litigation. Chipotle get ready to take a huge hit by not educating your employees the appropriate way of allowing people who have had weight loss surgery to order smaller size kid meals and the kid size bag of tortilla chips.
