- KKKarol Karluk2 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience. I waited in line for several minutes, and when it was finally my turn to order, the employee told me they could only accept online orders. I had left my phone in the car, so I couldn't place an online order. What frustrated me the most is that they could have told everyone waiting in line about the online-only policy before we wasted our time. I was also the last customer in line, with no one behind me, so they could have easily made an exception and taken my order. Instead, I left hungry and disappointed. Unfortunately, this experience was enough to make me decide not to come back.

Than i was given the smallest amount of meat I’ve ever gotten from any location. Than I asked for fajita veggies and was given MOSTLY peppers when I asked are they mixed the Latina older lady said it’s already mixed. I Reiterated that I got mostly peppers can you try for some onions. She got an attitude and gave me another scoop of mostly peppers. at that point I wanted to Leave but I’m on my lunch break and was starving. I than asked for sour cream, vinaigrette , & queso in which I was charged extra for guacamole that I didn’t ask for had to end up going back in for a refund of my almost 4$. For something I didn’t even ask for. No one said have a nice day , apologized. Anything! NOT TO MENTION I GOT HOME AND EVERYONE OF MY TACO SHELLS ARE BROKEN! OVERALL customer service absolutely terrible.people are coming to spend their money and the way I was treated was like if I’m receiving a free meal! So terrible worst location I’ve ever visited.

You can’t call the store and make them aware if their mistake you have to call some ai bot that doesn’t understand basic vocabulary. I get bowls that are half full. No exaggeration, literally half of the bowl has food. Idk how this store has 4 stars but they’ve definitely gone down hill…
