Customer service is okay, but some employees I've noticed just stand around while 1 person does all the work. (usually there is this older Hispanic lady that's putting in most of the work while some young person stands at the register not doing anything but staring at her and the customers.) Only been 3 times in total, today in particular sucked big time making me not want to come to this location again. The brown rice was half undercooked and half cooked. A crunchy burrito was the result. Only could eat about 1/4 of my burrito before the rice bothered me too much. Ordered steak, and bit into 4 pieces of nothing but pure fat pieces. Whoever made the hot salsa today made it SUPER THICK. $16-$18 per person for absolute disappointment at this location. I do not recommend.
