  I stop by this Chipotle fairly often because I’m downtown regularly, and there aren’t many good lunch options within walking distance in this heat. Unfortunately, today’s visit was incredibly disappointing. What stood out most wasn’t even the food—it was the lack of teamwork. During the lunch rush, it was obvious that the employee working the line was very new, likely in her first few shifts. She was doing her best, but she was clearly overwhelmed. Meanwhile, two employees stood together at the register watching her struggle instead of helping. At one point, they even appeared to be laughing while she was trying to keep up. It was uncomfortable to watch. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed two people standing at one register while the line is backed up. I genuinely don’t understand why it takes two employees to ring up one customer while the rest of the team is drowning. Management should be paying attention to how labor is being used and encouraging employees to support one another instead of standing around. As for the food, the complaints about online orders are true. If you pay for double meat on a pickup order, don’t expect to actually receive a full double portion unless you’re standing there watching it being served. I left feeling more disappointed for the new employee than for myself. She deserved support from her coworkers, not an audience. I hope management addresses the culture in this store because the new employee seemed to be trying her best, while others—and whoever is supervising them—need to do much better.

  I had an incredible experience at this Chipotle location! From the moment we walked in, the front-line staff and the manager set a fantastic tone. They were efficient, friendly, and handled the lunch rush with total grace. A special shoutout goes to the amazing team member with the pink hair who took care of us at the end of our visit. She went above and beyond to deliver true hospitality—making sure we got fresh guac and even completely redoing a bowl just to ensure everything was fresh and perfect. You don't see customer service like this very often anymore. Thank you to the whole front team for caring so much about your guests! We’ll definitely be back

  Manager refused to make a quesarito because it “takes too long” “gets too messy” etc. there literally was no line and them making a mess is not my fault. Terrible service. Horrible location. Don’t bother coming here.

  Worst chipotle in Arizona if you thought they were already reducing portions this location does it worse i did a pick up order and he gave me very little rice after requesting extra i opened it up there and asked please for more i got home and they forgot to put chicken I emptied my whole bowl there wasn’t a piece there and the manager didn’t even hook me up for the inconvenience. Ive came here many times always a bad experience i try to avoid and after having to come back they were worse then expected and he called me a liar saying he put chicken
