I had to wait 20 minutes in line just to be told they did not have any plain rice. I have an allergy to cilantro and in chipotle policy and health and safely regulations there has to be another option of plain rice. The tall heavy set boy had the worst attitude letting me know there was no plain rice available. Then the manager let me know it will be a 30 minute wait til new rice is made. This location needs a random CORE visit or switch all the staff.

The one female employee continued eye balling me versus having any sense of customer service. My partner legit said please wait in the car because of the incompetence. I worked in the restaurant industry for 18 years and this was legit the worst customer service. Thanks for the chicken though and the 1/3 employees that figured out the complicated gluten free order.The food was good. It took a rocket scientist to figure out gluten free.
