  Hands down the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The staff is always friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy working there. I’ve been coming here for a year and the portions are consistently generous. Right now for some reason, the location it takes you to when navigating in google maps is wrong - it takes you to a medical building about five minutes away.

  Absolutely unacceptable to be fully cleaned and not cooking any fresh food 3 hours before closing. There’s no food options, what’s the point of being open?? And if they’re out of items, too bad you still pay full price for 3 items in a bowl. This location has also messed up multiple online orders, ask for double veggies for example, and you’ll get 4 small pieces. Not even 1 full scoop. Ask for mild salsa, better hope the person isn’t blind as they’ve put in hot salsa so you burn your mouth if sensitive to heat. Not to mention the fact that you can make an online order, get there 5 minutes later (which is before the estimated “it’s ready” time, and the food is completely cold. Ridiculous

  I had a great experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were very generous. Everything tasted great, and I really like being able to customize my meal exactly the way I want it. Jason helped me, and he was friendly, attentive, and helpful, the service was fast even though they were busy. The restaurant was also clean and well organized. Good food, great portions, reasonable prices, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  The chips that we got with the guacamole were stale. We ordered through the app after seeing a commercial for free delivery with no fee when ordered through the app which isn't true, there is a $4 service charge plus $1 delivery fee, additionally the price of the food is higher... for delivery my total came to $46 only for 2 chicken burritos and a large chips and guacamole.... so after being told would be 39-50 min for delivery I opted to pickup and my total was $28.00 ... huge difference

  Very disappointing experience at the Chipotle on 32nd Street and Bell Road. I ordered a steak bowl, paid for it, and didn’t realize until I got home that there was no steak in the bowl. Mistakes happen, so I contacted Chipotle customer service to see if they could help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was just as disappointing. Instead of trying to make things right, I was essentially told there was nothing they could do, and the conversation was ended. I’m especially disappointed because I’m a regular Chipotle customer and typically eat there 3–4 times a week. You would think a loyal customer who received an incorrect order would receive some type of reasonable resolution. I understand that mistakes happen, but how a company handles the mistake is what matters. In this case, I felt completely dismissed. If you’re ordering from this location, check your order carefully before leaving. Based on my experience, if something is missing, don’t expect customer service to necessarily make it right. Very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.
