- LMLion Money man2 days ago1.0come to Chick-fil-A all the time, but this recent experience was honestly disappointing. The manager, Ethan, handled the situation very unprofessionally, and instead of trying to help or make things right, it felt like my concerns were brushed off. I asked for a remake on my ice cream because it looked skimpy compared to what I usually receive, and employee Haley immediately told me “no” without any effort to understand or help. Since they refused to remake it, I ended up having to ask for a refund instead. As a regular customer, I didn’t expect to be treated that way over such a simple request. Customer service and professionalism really matter, especially for loyal customers who support the business consistently. Hopefully management works on handling situations like this better in the future.

- CBConner BijakMay 4, 20261.0Food is good however, last 3 times I went to chick fli a they messed up my order, either didn’t give me sauces in the bag or half my order was given no apologies nothing, the employees don’t know anything about their rewards system the last time I went the girl was spending 10 min trying to redeem a chicken sandwich for me in the app when it took the 1,500 points out of my account causing a line to form behind me, she then proceeded for help but that guy didn’t know what he was doing either so now I get to the window haven’t even paid and I’m still holding up the line everytime I have gone to chick fli a my order has been incorrect with no apologizes they just throw stuff in the bag and rush you off, which I’m all for speed but if a customer has to come back why would I continue to go there?
