The first time was when they changed from the Jalapeno Ranch special sandwich to the Pimento sandwich. I ordered the Jalapeno Ranch sandwich, had it verified twice by the person taking my order, only to get to the window and see they put in the Pimento sandwich instead without even asking or informing me. Thankfully the staff were on it and refunded me without any issue, but it is weird and unprofessional to order someone a sandwich they did not want instead of informing the customer that the sandwich is no longer offered. The second time was two nights ago. They didn't put a sandwich I ordered in the bag. No big deal, it happens. The sandwich was supposed to be without pickles, as my fiancee doesn't like them. I went inside to get it fixed, and told the girl behind the counter that the sandwich that was paid for was plain. She verified this, went to grab it, and gave it to me. I asked again if it were plain, and she said yes. When I got home, I found out it was not plain, much to the displeasure of my fiancee. Mistakes happen, but to be so lazy as to not get the sandwich that was paid for after it was not included in my bag necessitating me to go inside to rectify the issue, is utterly unacceptable. Especially when you verbally confirm, twice, that you have given me the proper order I paid for. I have gone to this Chic-fil-A for years now, and since their renovation service has been garbage. Before now it was just a missing item, but to have employees verify my order multiple times to only give me something I did not ask for instead is pathetic. After years of business here, I will not be returning again. Management has let service go so down hill that a customer cannot expect to get what they order even when they verify the order multiple times. It is pathetic.
