That way the manager was talking to the employee! My respects !!! So polite, he was listening to his employee and had a very open communication with him . It was so nice seeing two people be so respectful and professional with each other.

After ordering our meal , We explained this to the person who took our order he said to try explaining this at the window. Once we got there, I pulled out my boyfriend’s ID to prove it was his birthday and that we just wanted the birthday dessert The girl outside the window said something to a lady in the window wearing a dark blue shirt ,who said she needs something to scan . So they try to scan and this didn’t work obviously because As I explained to the girl, the app wasn’t accepting his birthday when we typed it in. So the girl decides to go into our points / redemption area and REDEEM 300 POINTS FOR A COOKIE!! To trick us into believing she’s sorted out the issue!!! I gasped and I told her “hey I can see you redeeming our points?!” and then she looked at me all startled as if she didn’t know what’s going on ? I told her I need her to reverse the points, so she goes to the lady in the blue shirt at the window and the lady in the blue shirt simply scans the barcode. I asked a girl who was handing over the food , “so Did you reverse the points?” She says yes ( Her THIRD lie to my face !, I saw the points go from 1000 to 700 bc she clicked redeem). Honestly, it was horrifying to be lied to multiple times to MY FACE in the span of two minutes!. The girl’s both could have just said “no we can’t do the bday treat without the app working “ or they could’ve just looked at my spouses ID that I was trying to show them. You don’t go on somebody’s phone and redeem points for them because it’s easier for you ? that was incredibly audacious.
