Until I made it home and realized my order was incorrect, and I was missing a whole meal, and the condiments were an absolute minimum when I had requested 2 of each. This left me frustrated because not only is the drive to Chick-fil-A long from my location, but it also wasted my time and gas, especially with gas prices right now. Upon my return, it was promising that I would get my order fixed, which brought light to the situation. Upon my arrival at the window, the workers who were present outside denied the issue and did not work with me to fix the order, but instead wanted to charge me an additional price to fix it. Not only did they ask to search through my bags and take it back into the restaurant, but they also proceeded to say it was my fault for the order because I placed it through the app. I do not believe it is my fault; I am missing an entire meal with my order when I ordered two sandwiches and only received one. So not only did I not get my meal fixed, but I also wasted my time coming back empty-handed. I do not want to be that customer and say the customer is always right, but in this instance, I am missing a meal, and your employees denied it and were rude about the situation. It is rather disappointing; I would not have expected this from this establishment. I do not believe a simple reimbursement for the sandwich would be acceptable because of everything that happened. service-staff-description: I ordered a salad, five-count nuggets, a grilled chicken sandwich, and a chicken sandwich. Both of the sandwiches should have been meals, but I came back missing the grilled chicken sandwich meal. Not only was I missing the food, but the quality of the food and service was rather disappointing.

We order door dash and had missing items and sauces. We came home exhausted from work and spent our hard earned cash on a what we expected to be a nice dinner. This doesn’t fall back on door dash because Chick-fil-A bags our order and sauces. We were missing a whole sand-which and all our sauces. We paid extra just to have our items delivered and you guys messed it up horribly. I tried to call your store and got stuck on machine recorder waiting for the next available agent for a very long time at this point the food we did get went cold and we had to share it because we didn’t get our complete order. I understand that mistakes can occur but bagging is one of the Chick-fil-As biggest most important standards especially with door dash or Uber Eats because people order their food through there for a reason! Pay extra just for that it’s ridiculous I honestly am so disappointed!
