First was driving up to drive thru then as we got to the section to pick up our order she was there passing the food out!. Have to say that was the best experience and customer and employee interaction I've had there!! Keep shining 🌟!! She had a great attitude and her star earrings were beautiful!

- SSSaraiMay 8, 20263.0What is the point of mobile order? I genuinely hate having to mobile order from here because I wait in line with everyone who is placing their drive-thru order on arrival. They have a second lane but it’s closed and I just want to get my order and leave; not have to wait for the person ahead who placed a massive order. I asked one of the employees who advised me to order for pickup because it should be quicker and it’s not. No matter what you’re waiting the same amount of time as someone who just got there and placed an order. They don’t offer curbside pickup either! Reply: second lane is never used, especially in the mornings. It’s only used if employees are standing outside and no one is out in the morning. As you stated there is no real benefit to mobile ordering since I can just scan my app at the window. The process is not smoother or faster by any means. Mobile ordering at this location is pointless.

I ate at this location around 8:30-9am on a Wednesday morning and almost every single one of the inside and outside tables were dirty. So, it was hard to find a place to sit. They also didn't have wet wipes where I could clean the tables myself. So I had to ask someone. He did a good job on the top of the table but there was still Chik-fil-a sauce on the edge surrounding the table top. The food was just fine which is why it still has 4 stars.
