I loved Chester Chicken back in Indiana and was a Cook as one of my first jobs. I have pretty high standards of how I like my Chester Chicken. First snd only visit, was an absolute disappointment. Not only was the breading so salty it was almost inedible and what I did eat of it had me parked in the bathroom all night! The service was terrible, staff were on the phone, didn’t wear gloves, and really just acted like customers were a hassle. I don’t expect this store to survive much longer if this is how they operate. After what I experience I won’t be back, I guess I’ll have to vacation back home to get the True Chester Chicken experience.

Too bad you can't order through Doordash or Uber Eats or GrubHub. Always says they're closed

I’ve been to this Chester’s a few times, and the experience is hit or miss. The chicken livers are actually really good whenever I’m able to get them, but that’s the problem—they’re not open consistently. It feels like they open whenever they want, even when the hours say otherwise. A couple times I’ve stopped by and the only worker was just walking around Walmart on their phone. Even when they are at the counter, they’re usually on the phone while taking orders, which makes the service feel rushed or distracted. When the food is available, it’s solid. But the inconsistent hours and customer service make it hard to rely on this spot.

So today I order Chester's Chicken inside the Bethany homes Rd Walmart. I've had their Chicken one time previously. The Chicken is awesome. I ordered three of the specials = 2Chicken strips, one corn dog and small drink. I also ordered potatoes widges all to go. I don't drive because of medical conditions and don't go that way but about once or twice a month. When I got home the freaking potatoes wedges where not in the bags. I'm pissed off, I spent 27. Almost and didn't get the most important item. Our who meal was ruined because of this and Chester's won't answer their damn phones. On the 10, the first day possible to travel back I want the whole order replaced or my card that was charged refunded. I hope they have a family member little by cry and cry because he didn't get his papa's as promised.
