  My wife and I have been coming to this CAVA since they first opened, and Sharon has always stood out to us. We come in maybe twice a week, and every single time she’s greeting customers, making sure the food is stocked, cleaning and organizing the line, keeping drinks filled, and making sure the dining area stays clean and presentable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the restaurant and the customer experience. Whenever team members need help or guidance, they immediately go to Sharon. Today I found out she’s actually the assistant manager, and honestly, it all made sense. She leads by example and never acts above any task. Whether it’s bussing tables, helping the line, or running multiple things at once, she keeps the place moving smoothly. Sharon is an outstanding representation of CAVA, especially at the McDowell & 99th location. In today’s food and hospitality industry, people like Sharon really keep hope alive 💯

  Sharon I think is the manager who took my order and she seems to be managing this place great! She was incredibly friendly and conversational. I love the food here, it blows the other places with this style of food service out of the water. I’ll come here all the time

  Alenna helped me out and I was telling her It was my first time there and had an unpleasant face and looked unwelcoming to me. Not friendly at all and I won’t be returning to this location

  So it was my first time trying Cava, as I’ve heard amazing things. However, the lady serving me was probably one of the rudest customer service workers I’ve ever ran into, and that’s coming from a server. She rolled her eyes when I asked what a dressing was, and when I ordered my second item she made it seem like I ruined her day, slamming my food on the table. I came in 4/30 at 4:30pm and the girl working seemed annoyed I was even there at all. I also saw her laugh at me with another coworker, so that was cool. The food was really just okay, and super expensive for what you get. If you want Mediterranean food go literally anywhere else.

  Randomly came here thinking it was a cava bar. WOW this place is INCREDIBLE. So many flavors, choices that transported me to Morocco :) the Harissa varieties were so interesting. Ximenu at check was extremely patient, helping me download the app and scan it so I could earn rewards. I will definitely be back. What a happy surprise.
