  My first visit to CAVA today was absolutely amazing! The restaurant was clean, the staff was so friendly, and everyone was more than happy to answer my questions. I was greeted right away when it was my turn to order, which made the experience even better. A special shoutout to the General Manager, Luis, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Since it was my first visit, he really looked out for me and made sure I had a great experience. Customer service like that definitely makes a difference! I’ll absolutely be visiting CAVA again. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better people! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I walked in close to closing and was served by Sharon who was full of life and good energy which is not common to experience at most establishments at night. She gave me some suggestions and things to try and was knowledgeable of the food that was served. She deserves a raise!

  The veggies and hummus are great but the salmon was not fresh and very fishy. I should have got the chicken cause I tasted my wife's and her bowl was better than mine with the same ingredients. The non fresh taste of the salmon ruined the whole bowl. The flat bread was not very tasteful. Tasted like eating cardboard.

  Fernanda was very very knowledgeable and was quick to remind me to scan my app, she was very friendly and is the reason why i’ll be coming back. Dono Was also very friendly and helped make this the best food experience i’ve ever had in my entire life, big ups to the entire team and i recommend any person who likes cava, or food in general to come here and give it a shot, best experience, best food, best place hands down.

  I usually have a decent experience here but today absolutely not. 8/2/2026 @355pm I get offered a drink because my order wasn’t ready, NICE. However, when my order was ready, whoever was handing out the order a tall severely pale girl literally threw my order at me. That was so unnecessary!?? She looks back with no apology. Gross attitude, if you don’t like your job don’t make it my problem! On top of that my $17 bowl was INCORRECT.
