  Whenever I come here the staff is always quick to get me what I need, and the tables are all clean so I can relax and enjoy my food. Sofia especially seems to go the extra mile with her kindness, and makes it feel like more than a food exchange

  The food here is wonderful!! I think we caught the staff on a bad day, generally very friendly but today she was irritable taking our order. Worth noting this particular location for healthcare / first responder discount is ***POLICE and FIRE only, only IN UNIFORM, and discount only applies to ONE item***.

  The restaurant was clean and with some really good customer service. Edwin at the front was kind and helpful too! The food is sooo good too, i love the steak and harissa bowl.

  I love this location ! Every time every single employee greets me and smiles and is super kind and helpful. They’re never out of things and the food is always good! Everyone that was working with Edwin & Edwin himself were killing it tonight !!!

  I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this location has earned every bit of this. The food at CAVA is actually good, which somehow makes the experience even more frustrating, because everything surrounding it is an absolute disaster. First, the pricing model feels like death by a thousand cuts. Every tiny addition somehow becomes an upcharge. Want a reasonable portion of protein? Extra. Want an additional topping? Extra. Blink too aggressively? Probably extra. For what you pay, the protein portions are laughably small. Second, they are CONSTANTLY out of items. Not occasionally. Constantly. So you walk in planning to order something specific, only to be told half the ingredients are unavailable, forcing you to either settle for something you didn’t want or pay more for an alternative. That is not a customer experience. That’s menu roulette. But the real issue is the customer service, which is genuinely some of the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Walking in feels like interrupting a private hangout rather than entering a business. No greeting. No acknowledgment. No eye contact. Employees often seem either completely disengaged, wildly untrained, or functioning on another planet entirely. It honestly feels like no one has ever explained the basic concept of hospitality or interacting with another human being. There’s a massive difference between casual and careless, and this place lives firmly in the latter. I can tolerate high prices if service is excellent. I can tolerate mistakes if staff is helpful. I can tolerate limited menu availability if communication is solid. This place manages to fail on all three simultaneously. Good food buried under terrible operations, worse service, and a business model that makes you feel nickel-and-dimed at every turn. Would not recommend this location unless you enjoy overpaying while feeling like an inconvenience.
