    Beware don't recommend ordering mobile orders from here at all. Made a drive thru pick order at 6:28 once arrived said my name to them in drive through once I finally got to window to be ask my name again then was told to wait and park at the front to have order brought out then after waiting too long went into store at 7:08 to see what's going on to be told then someone stole my order and had to be remade said no problem then to be told by ponytail guy that he got off the phone with manager and told can't remake or refund my money have to talk to manager Cassie tomorrow so called and once again told no refund or just simply remake my order again because she was told that someone came into the store and said my complete name and took my order... So instead of their worker owning up to making a mistake and giving my order to someone else they lied and refused to own up to screwing up on their end and fixing the problem and said have to go through the app to try to get my almost 30 dollars back and the store can't do anything at all.. so hopefully get money back through the dispute I had to file with my card provider instead. Location needs new management asap with some common sense. I even said to check the cameras as well at these time but Cassie refused to do her job as a manager. Location has also forgotten items in past orders where I had to go in and show them to get them. Be very careful when ordering here I highly recommend going elsewhere now.

    I ordered food on their app in the parking lot. I went through the drive through to pick it up. By the time I went from the speaker to pick up window it took over 20 minutes. When I got to the window they asked my name I told them. Then they came back again and asked for our name we told them again. Then they came back and asked for us to move to the front and they would bring it out. We listened and waited 10 minutes out front. When we went inside they said someone came in and picked up our order as we were in the drive through. The workers refused to remake the food or give us a refund. Management the next morning also refused to refund or make the order today. Do not order here. They will give your food away and blame you for it. The managers name is Cassie.

    Screw this place!!! I can't believe how unaware the employees can be here. No acknowledgement or hi to show workmanship or professionalism. I came into order a quick meal and all this store did was focus on the drive through. I waited 20 minutes for a meal to be made only because I was the only person in the store ordering to go. Just because the system needs a good drive through time doesn't mean to ignore the customers in the store. Also the manager and another employee kept sweeping and mopping instead of taking the initiative to help since there was a rush in drive through. This place needs major help with friends and helpful associates.

    I hate when I have to tell the employee that my fries box isn't full. This visit, the fries box was literally half full. I mentioned it, and the guy took the box to add more. This pic is after he added more, and it's still wasn't full. Do employees treat fries as if fries are their product and sell them as a solicitor does their product?

    I went thru your DT on Wed 4/15 @ 5:21pm on my way home from work. I ordered 2 Dbl Chsbrg w Bac, Lg Fries and Lg drink. Now I leave 15min away and when I got home I noticed that I received 2 Chsbrg's instead. I called your store on 32nd St and was told I needed to drive all the way back to replace my incorrect order and that was the only way to correct your mistake. With gas prices today, it would cost me more in gas to drive all the way back to replace my incorrect order and drive back home. This is totally unacceptable and poor customer service. I would like to know what you are going to do to correct your mistake and make this right.
