  Ordered the Pick 6 for $20 deal online at about 7pm. Email confirmation said it would take 40 minutes, which was fine. Order pickup was fine. After inspection, order did not have dipping sauces, napkins or straws. One order of fries did not have toppings, which cost extra. The food was cold, and when I looked on the take out receipt on one of the boxes, the completion time said 7:14. I did not get an email letting me know the order was ready, I arrived at the exact time the confirmation said. So food was sitting there for 30 minutes. Only reason this is not a one ⭐ is because the boneless wings were okay.

  Literally no one in the restaurant and the black girl host said 10 mins for them to clean a booth when there was 5 open. The server made eye contact with her and acted like she didn't want to clean and serve anybody else. Got the drinks in a timely manner but no one to be found when we needed refills. Sucks this is the only buffalo wild wings close to me. The service needs to do better. Especially when it's slow.

  Just walked out because host was unbelievably rude and unaccommodating. Management should look for a replacement asap

  I came in with my family at 4pm ordered the but one get one boneless wings with a reg. Order of fries and wedges with queso. Its was delicious. However our server was very bland no personality whatsoever . We were sat quickly but our server took 4mins get our drink order then that took another few minutes…as im searching for our server i see her with her purse leaving out the door like she didnt just have a table waiting!! The cash i had on the table i took it back because that is unacceptable.

  I wouldn’t even put 1 star if I didn’t have to. I placed an order online at 12:26 am- which said the kitchen would receive my order and would be ready in 15 min. After I pay, I get an email saying it’s ready for pickup at 11am. I call the store , (which keep in mind hours posted say they close at 1 am) and the lady that answered it at 12:28 told me that the kitchen closes in 1 minute, can not make my food tonight nor will give me a refund til tomorrow after 11am. I have worked several customer service jobs and that by far is the most important thing for a company is to have good customer service. Apparently not here. I won’t be going here or to any bdubs again. Shout out to the rude employee that wouldn’t give me her name , and now has a pregnant woman raging over not getting her food 😡😡😡😤🤬
