Worst service I’ve never had here! the young girl working center with a slick back bun is very rude, took forever to get anything and her customer service was awful! Can’t believe I’m even putting this up, hope yall improve..

How does a restaurant in Dinner rush not have any soda or beer? We had lemonades and it took an hour to receive 30 wings and almost 2 hours to receive 1 refill on each of our “bottomless” appetizers. Bottomless because it takes an hour to make them I suppose? The food when received was not bad, but the fried pickles were under cooked to the point of being soggy. Mediocrity at its finest.

This place has seriously gone down hill. It used to be a great place to hang out, have a drink and enjoy some good wings. Now, the food quality is extremely poor and overpriced and staff are equally as bad. The manager Robert is rude, lacks common courtesy and was seen inappropriately touching one of the female waitresses, Brianna. We will not be back unless some serious staffing changes are made to hopefully bring this place back to respectable community standards..

Walked in to the restaurant and employee was unlocking one of the doors. It's 1100am operating hours says opens at 1000am. Employee walks by no greating. Place is dead. 2 more employees walks across the dinning room see me and no greeting. Waited for several minutes and walked out. Ownership needs to train their employees to at lest greet the customer even if they are not the host/hostess. If I was greeted and informed they would get the hostess, that would have been great. Instead I was viewed as if my money was not good enough. Bright side is I get to try something new else. Worst experience ay a bw3.
After seeing it am not the only one expecting this. Multiple reviews share the same story. Clearly the ownership is not involved and not interesting in building a loyal customer base. So all I can do in protest is not go back to this location.

It’s true that most people are more motivated to leave a negative review than a positive one—and I’m no exception. From the bottom of my heart, I give this place a 1-star review.
We walked in and waited 5 minutes to be seated, even though the dining area was about 90% empty. After being seated, we waited another 5–10 minutes before seeing our server. We placed our order and then waited another 10–15 minutes for the food to arrive (there were only two of us, and we ordered just two items).
When the food arrived, it came without utensils, so we waited another 5 minutes for our server to reappear so we could request them. Then we waited an additional 5 minutes for the utensils to be brought out.
The food (two orders of 10 wings) had barely any sauce on them. At that point, we asked for the check so we could simply leave.
I also made the mistake of using the restroom—a public restroom used by homeless individuals would have been cleaner than the bathroom at this location.
Believe the 1-star reviews people are leaving.
