  I usually come here late at night, and the service is amazing every time I’m attended by one of the male employees. I never got his name, but he’s young, always wearing a hat, is ALWAYS working, and is usually attending the front. He’s usually always there too, and his customer service is always great. However, tonight I was attended by one of the female employees, and the service was honestly horrible. I’m pretty sure she’s new because I’ve never seen her before. She gave me the name “Li” or “Lee,” but something tells me that’s not right. She was wearing a maroon/purple shirt and looked like she was in her 30s. She was honestly rude, and her customer service was not there at all. She immediately went straight to asking me to pay. I let her know I was doing half and half, and she proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do that, which I completely understand. However, when I asked if she could get someone who was able to help me so I could pay half and half, she told me there was no one else, even though there were clearly quite a few people working in the back. I then gave her my card so she could stamp it for my rewards, but she didn’t want to take it. I had to tell her 2–3 times to take the stamp rewards card so I could get my stamps. She was not attentive at all, and overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially because I come here regularly and have always received amazing service from the male employee who is usually working the front.

  Went and got a plain bagel was Cold and stale , got a chocolate devil donut n a week prior a regular chocolate glaze donut both times tasted like oil was never changed horrible
