  The food is fine, I’ve tipped these people over … at hundo this year alone, not even the point and no matter what I get treated like second class of them and then of all the beautiful choices, I get this in my bag. (Refer to photo) I can’t explain the type of disrespect. I hope the owner/manager/whoever in charge sees this because I have Never been rude or disrespectful. I work for my earnings I go to places I expect a modicum of courtesy or decorum. Im para-professional and a professional in my field. I work late. I’m tired too. I’ve emailed directly but nothing. AND Again, my experience this evening has been less than underwhelming. Where is the respect in service or quality of anything. Some people just work late nights. I would never push that weight of frustration or whatever it is, to a client or customer. You have my name because I pay with a card. My goodness. I’m hoping I never crave to come here again.

  wow did not know that this great donut shop is 24 hours! i like eating and ordering here, the donuts are balanced they are not super sweet and not dull as well! i love the people who works here too they provide exceptional service they are very nice and bake good donuts! bout to order sum!

  If I could give zero stars I would. The employee working the drive-thru today July 3 at 1:00 a.m., had one of the worst attitudes I've encountered in customer service. At the speaker, I clearly ordered a taro milk tea with boba. When I arrived at the window, I noticed she has a taro smoothie prepared. I politely asked, "Is that a smoothie?" She replied yes. I then explained that I had ordered a milk tea, and instead of simply correcting the mistake, she responded rudely, "You said smoothie." I told her that I had ordered a milk tea, not a smoothie. She rolled her eyes, said, "Wait," and walked away. When she returned with the correct drink, her attitude hadn't changed. She continued acting as though her mistake was somehow my fault. As someone who has worked in customer service myself, I told her there was no reason to speak to a customer that way. Rather than apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, she continued arguing and insisting that I had ordered incorrectly. At that point, I informed her that the interaction had been recorded on my dash camera and that I was willing to provide the footage to management if necessary. Her response was simply, "Send it." Everyone makes mistakes, and I genuinely empathize with customer service employees because I've been in those shoes. The issue was never the incorrect drink, it was the attitude, the eye-rolling, the refusal to take accountability, and the unnecessary argument. A simple, "I'm sorry, I must have misheard you," would have completely changed the interaction. If an employee is having a difficult day, that's understandable, but customers shouldn't be treated with disrespect because of it. Proper training on professionalism and de-escalation goes a long way in creating a positive experience for returning customers. Unfortunately, because of this interaction, I won't be returning to this location.
