My husband rarely gets angry but came home livid. Said he walked into the store, 1 girl was putting an order together with ear buds in and another was toward the back of store on here phone. He just stood there patiently waiting. Finally, ear bud girl sees him and asks if he's picking up and order. "No, I'm placing and order, A 2 scp cup. Ear bud girl scooped, slammed it on the counter to slide it over. "Do you want anything else?" "Yes, a strawberry shake". Ear bud girl blended the shake (not malt) about 15 secs, had to pound it out. That's a malt, not a shke. Hubby said "that isn't a shake" she "YES it is". Like "how dare you question me after you interrupted me". I have been going there for years and have never been treated like that. I have also order 2 scps every time and have never received a cup that wasn't overflowing with ice cream. This time, 2 scps, half full. My husband asked for the managers name and was told "We don't give that out". I might be able to go with "safety" reasons, but we will go there every day and we will speak with the manager. This girl was rude, demeaning, disrespectful and honestly should not be working there with her attitude. 1st, when a customer walks in, get the hell off your phone, you are there to work, not paying more attention to whats going on in you earbuds or your phone (speaking of the other girl scrolling). 2nd, if you want to work like that, you should not be getting paid. 3rd, this girl needs to not be working there. PERIOD! I don't usually write reviews but this? Yes, this highly upset me. I do hope she does not have a job soon Date & time of visit 5/8/26 9:23 p.m.

The employees inside were laughing and one employee turned off the lights when we came to the doors and yelled that they were closed as soon as we walked away they turned the lights back on and continued to hurry and clean. I'm not writing this to complain but more so feedback for the company losing 40 minutes worth of sales. Will not be returning. Lost time and it was too late to go anywhere else. Very disappointed in this experience.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
