  Make sure you repeat your order to them twice because they will get it wrong. I had a simple order sauce on the side and they could not even get that right. I had to wait an hour to get my food and it wasn't even correct and when I called they said they could send out a new order but would take another hour. Make sure you tell them twice what you want. I just wasted $20 on food that I'm not going to eat.

  I called the place to ask for my stuff to be put in a bag because it's being delivered to me or to have the safety stickers on there because I don't know what the driver might do to my food so when I called the woman said okay we'll have it when the dash you pick it up we'll put it in a bag needless to say there was no bag then I order traditional bone-in chicken wings I got boneless and I pay the extra dollar for something I didn't get

  Very disappointing experience. The two girls working the front (one blonde and one brunette) were extremely rude and unprofessional. The brunette was openly talking badly about customers while people were standing there ordering, constantly rolling her eyes, and had an attitude the entire time. I was told my order would be ready in 7 minutes, but I waited about 20. When I politely asked for an update, she cut me off with a snarky, “It’s almost done.” I understand delays happen, but there’s no excuse for treating customers this way. Customer service like this reflects poorly on the business, and I hope management addresses it.

  This place is gross- a third of the tables had grease shmears, plates and dirty napkins. Booths were greasy- I had to wipe with wet paper towels to keep from ruining my clothes. Half of the food came out right away (lunch special slices). And while i can't show you how cold it all was, I hope the pictures show how greasy this pizza was. Yuck! cold, soggy pizza dripping with semi coagulated grease. We waited for 30 more minutes -for the spaghetti to come out And the wings. And while the spaghetti was the best item ordered (go figure), the wings were..... yup.... cold. I am SO DISAPPOINTED. I frequent a different Barros usually. I hope this isn't a bad omen for the company as a whole, but I will NEVER come back to this location. Especially with a nationwide outbreak of parasite going on now- proper food handling is a must. Food needs to be held at a certain temperature or you lose trust with your HARD WORKING customers. Would be sad to see this Valley Favorite Die. 12:20p July 14, 2026
