  Today i went to Barro's because my wife wanted pizza. When i got my order i ask for a bag just to put my food, the server had a bad attitude, as if i was a bother to her. Also my receipt seems as if they wiped it in the food, It was all messy. When i made my order i spelt my name wich was super easy. I told her my name was Al and she put AN. 🤦🏽‍♂️ I go There all the time but its seems the new people that are working there now some of them need better costomer service traning, and they need to pay more attention to the information that the costomer gives. I always recomend that spot to alot of my staff. But today iam very disopionted with the service i received and i will not return, i will go were iam more respected.

  Manager came to our table and made sure our food was delivered as ordered. Great atmosphere. We enjoyed our visit as much as the freshness of our food.

  Good food, staff is friendly. Love their Teriyaki boneless wings. And they have gluten free pizza that my wife says is fantastic. Your experience can very depending on the cook and how busy they are at the given time but over all it's been good for us. 😃

  Order take out food arrive cold not hot spaghetti was bland no flavor garlic cheese bread was soft not crispy pizza bread was not tasty at all very disappointed would like a full refund

  This is an especially great Barro’s location! It’s clearly well managed, the employees are friendly and well trained, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The restaurant is also exceptionally clean, which is something I always notice and appreciate. I consider myself a bit of a pizza connoisseur, and Barro’s is one of the very few places I’ll order pizza from. They seem to have the perfect balance of crust, sauce, and cheese, and they never skimp on the toppings. My favorites are mushrooms, olives, and jalapeños, and they’re always generous and evenly distributed. I recently had an honest mix-up with my toppings, and Bostyn (the owner or store manager, I believe) went out of his way to make it right. Mistakes happen at every restaurant, but what sets a business apart is how they handle them. This team exceeded my expectations. Not only do they make some of the best pizza around, but they also understand what great customer service looks like.
