The original Barros is still the best. No matter where we are in the valley we always drive to get Barros from the OG spot! It’s our number one pizza stop in the valley! Prices are great, food is the best, and service is always friendly.

This pizza used to be good now it’s different, every single time and most of the time it’s not worth it. Don’t know what they did but it’s like the sauce isn’t on it or something is up, it’s definitely not what it used to be and the owners don’t seem to care because it’s not being fixed. Your best bet is to find another pic a joint.

I have been ordering from this establishment since the 80s, when they first opened. I grew up on Barro's Pizza. However, I won't be ordering delivery from them anymore. I recently ordered a large Kona pizza to be delivered. Barros somehow forgot to put ANY sauce or pineapple on the pizza, and the sauce is the most important part of a Kona. I received a dry cheese and chicken pizza. Also, for some reason the anti-tamper tape on the box was already torn open when it arrived. Barros has begun using Doordash for delivery, and Doordash's AI customer service refunded me only $2 (I spent around $30 just for a large pizza to be delivered) and when I called Barros to explain that my pizza was missing sauce and toppings, the man that I spoke to (who sounded like he couldn't care less) said that they don't handle problems with delivery orders anymore, any problems are handled by Doordash and there was nothing Barros could do. (really there was just nothing they were willing to do) So apparently Barros just sends out messed up pizza that's missing half the ingredients and then doesn't take any responsibility or make things right for their customers anymore. I'm just so disappointed being ripped off by a restaurant I've been ordering from for nearly 40 years.

My wife and I stopped in yesterday for a quick bite at lunch time and... what happened to this place?? We were appalled by how rude the young lady at the counter was. She was rude with the gentleman in front of us. His name was Brian. I know this because she was screaming it when his order was ready. He came to the counter to grab his slices and she rolled her eyes, scoffed, and said something under her breath. She was very short with us also as we were ordering and her negative attitude was wild to see. God forbid we have any questions. She was also very nasty with a woman who came in to pick up an order just after we placed ours. Not sure what that young lady's problem was, but she probably shouldn't work in customer service, or someone should take the time to help her understand the importance of treating guests with a hospitable attitude. The pizza was ok but we will not be back. We don't patronize establishments that make us feel like a burden, and treat their customers poorly. Someone should tell the owner that's how businesses fail, poor customer service. Hospitality is definitely not a priority here, and there are plenty of restaurants to spend or money in that will make us feel welcome. Big thumbs down for this place. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
