- JDJessica DeyMay 6, 20263.0This place was busy. We got the lunch special. Slice of pizza, side salad and drink. The salad was better than the luke warm pizza. The service was horrible. We waited over 15 minutes to get our salads. The food is just okay, nothing to write home about.

To make sure there is no mistake this review and AC review was for 3053 W Agua Fria Fwy, Phoenix, AZ 85027. The pizza was soggy and the ranch dressing we had to buy was spoiled. We haven't bought pizza at Barro's for a while because it's playing Russian roulette. I would not know about the rudest of the employee because I did not pick it up but it doesn't surprise me.

When the order was finally ready, I asked for the ranch I ordered, the associate said it was in the cheese bread box. So I open the box and it's not there. I ask the associate again for the ranch and she was rude about it and shoved the ranch towards me. The pizza was less then good. The other items were cold, probably from waiting for the pizza that needed re-made. This location is so inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, other times it's terrible.
